I have been using this company for years for my home and businesses. Absolutely LOVE how responsive they are. I especially appreciate our service technician, Tony! He is so thorough, patient and honest. It’s been very hard for me to trust AC companies due to past experiences with other companies but Tony has restored my faith.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this company. I was having an emergency at my business, I own a salon with a few employees, our A/C started failing during the hottest week of the summer. The indoor temperature was in the 90s and we couldn’t work. I called 6 companies and they were the only one who could come out help us. Our tech, Jason, diagnosed our issue very quickly. We needed a new condenser motor and with parts being really difficult to procure in this point in time, he tried to set my expectations between 1 day and 2 weeks (or more). Every day we’re closed, we’re losing $1,000s and my employees aren’t able to make any money, so I was distraught, but understanding. I paid for the work and the part and hoped for the best. The next morning their receptionist let me know they have the motor and my issue would be fixed later that day. 26hrs after the initial visit Jason was back and repaired our A/C. I was floored, I had been so sure this was going to be a detrimental situation. As I was thanking him for his work he said that he made it a personal priority to locate this part and get our A/C fixed immediately. I rarely feel seen as a small business owner, and today I feel like this company went above and beyond to make sure my company was able to function. I will 100% be using them in the future and referring anyone who needs HVAC help.

Lifetime’Z Air is truly a high quality and trustworthy heating and air company. I reached out and received a call back from the owner on a Sunday afternoon of a holiday weekend. We discussed our need to quickly replace a 20 year-old HVAC unit. He had a highly knowledgeable, honest and friendly team member at my home on Monday. A high efficiency system design and a very competitive price was agreed upon. At 7:30 am on Tuesday morning, a highly professional, effective and friendly team of installation technicians arrived to complete the install less that 48 hours from my initial contact.
It is an understatement to say it was a wonderful experience working with Lifetime’Z Air. From the owner, to the sales technician, to the installation technicians, to the office staff, this is an effective operation managed based on the high standards and values of the management team. The values and quality of the company are demonstrated by the effectiveness and commitment of everyone on the team to provide a quality and trusting experience. I, for one, will be recommending Lifetime’Z Air when anyone asks who they can trust for an effective price and quality product. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

I’ve had nightmares with other HVAC providers, but NOT with Lifetimez.

Jeremy came out earlier this year and replaced my whole system. He was extremely informative, thorough, genuine, and fair with the estimate. He was able to get all the services done quickly without sacrificing quality workmanship.

Chris S. recently stopped by for my 6-month maintenance check and was also very kind and thorough. I appreciated his speed in completing the checks, again, without sacrificing quality workmanship.

Alexa has also been very easy to schedule with, answers questions promptly, and follows up on anything needed.

Needless to say, I’ve had a great experience with everyone I’ve dealt with and recommend Lifetimez over other HVAC providers in the DFW area. I’ve had bad experiences with several other providers in the area, but not with Lifetimez. They work with integrity and offer outstanding services all around.

Very good company to work with. They are very professional and reliable. Since we have become one of their members, we have peace of mind for our AC system.

A year ago, our AC went out in the nasty heat wave we were having. I called Lifetime 'z Heating & Air and they came out the next morning. Jeremy assessed the situation and gave us the news or AC was caput. He Sat down with us and gave us all the options they carried. He asked a lot of questions about our usage and recommended a unit to fit our needs. He didn't try to push the most expensive model. He recommended a less expensive based on us. He ordered it and installed it within a couple of days. Since then, he comes out twice a year to do the maintenance on it. He/ Lifetime 'z Heating and Air are amazing. I highly recommend them .

Chris does a great job servicing our units. They have installed 4 units between our 2 homes and have done a great job servicing and addressing any issues we may have. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. We highly recommend.

Jeremy came out for an estimate on a new system. Even though Lifetime'z did not win the business for a new installation, I can highly recommend them and Jeremy as he is one of the most knowledgeable straight-shooting techs I have come across. Those words and this recommendation do not come lightly, and I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Great Job everyone starting with the owner Lawrence who was very helpfull, great customer service and provided me with all the options for AC replacement. Also the AC crew including Jocsan, Logan, and the 3rd person who I didn't get his name were quick and did a great job in replacing my condenser and coil. At the end the nice lady Alexa who completed my payment. Thanks everyone and great job.
