He was incredibly thorough, checking every component of our system and explaining what he was doing along the way. He was knowledgeable and fast with his troubleshooting skills, getting our system back up and running in no time. Our heat pump stopped working on Easter Sunday and it got pretty warm inside the house. Fortunately a cold front came in that evening with perfect timing and cooled us off. I called at 8:30 Monday morning and Paul came out about an hour later. He confirmed that the unit died and that we would be getting a call to schedule the installation of a new unit. They came this morning and swapped it out in about an hour and best of all it was under warranty, not cost! We've been a customer for over 10 years and they've been great the whole time, thanks.

Lifetimez Air made taking care of my ac/heating unit easy. Carie from the Lifetimez text me to remind me that it's time for a maintenance. She scheduled the appointment all by text, which was super convenient for me. I got a call from Carie 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving on the appointment day. I also got a picture and name of the technician.

Jason Rodriguez, the technician arrived with full mask and bootie cover for the shoe. Jason was professional and answer all my questions. Took his time to explain all of my concern. Jason explained all the work that was performed.

I would highly recommend this company for their outstanding professionalism and customer service.

Lawrence and his team did everything right from start to finish. I just purchased a new house that had 25 year old A/C unit. He came by to check on everything (I figured I was going to have to buy a new unit which I was looking forward to after buying a house) and said that everything was fine just to make sure that I had it serviced and regularly checked on. The best part about it all was that he took the time to educate me on best practices with my unit and furnace so I can make sure to maximize the life of them and SAVE money. I recommend them to anybody and everybody who is looking for a reliable, honest, and dependable company.

Chris was awesome! Thermos went crazy after the 2021 blizzard so he came out and balanced everything and did a systems check to ensure functionality and safety were still in play. Truly appreciate how quickly they responded to my call and showed up sooner than expected. 100% team Chris!

Excellent service from Lifetimez Heating & Air. Jason Rodriguez, our tech, is extremely competent and thorough in diagnosis and repair. Jason has been performing our bi-yearly maintenance on 4 systems and we have appreciated his professionalism each time. Jason is also a very nice person and well met. Further, the fact that our cautious & territorial dog likes him says a lot!

I am a long-standing customer and appreciates The great customer service. Within 15 minutes of the time window I received a call that the technician was on his way. This was followed up with a text that included a picture of the person to expect. Jeremy was prompt, polite & professional. He tuned up the heating system, fixed the part that was needed and answered all of my questions.

Jason Rodriguez was outstanding as always. I called on Thurs afternoon with a non emergency and Lifetime’Z scheduled Jason for the next day at 10. You just cannot get better service. They came out to perform a seasonal tuneup on our overly complex Air conditioning/heating system. While they were here, I mentioned an issue I noticed with the system. Each of the four rooms upstairs has its own thermostat and around a year ago one of the rooms wasn’t working so I called them out to take a look. They found a broken damper and replaced it. Everything seemed fine with no complaints from my daughter who’s room it was, but the following summer it became obvious that it wasn’t working quite right. However she was happy to turn her thermostat off and was comfortable what’s the temperature. Well now it’s February and I mention it to the technician who is doing the seasonal tuneup and even though it’s been months and months since they replaced the damper, he and his supervisor spent most of the day making sure that everything works the way it supposed to.
For this they only charged to renew the seasonal tuneup service. This is the kind of service and professionalism I’ve come to expect from them.
In my opinion they are the best Heating And Air-Conditioning service in DFW!

We just recently had them install a new HVAC system and they did an outstanding job. They came out in the middle of the extreme Texas Winter storm of 2021 and took care of us. They were professional, clean, and quick. They took the time to explain the equipment and the new thermostats. Would highly recommend this company!

I needed someone to come out and diagnose a high pitched shrieking sound from the condenser motor. They originally offered to send a tech immediately, but I scheduled for later in the day. Jason came out and and did a great job of inspecting the system, presenting options for a fix and performing the work immediately. Fantastic same day service.

From scheduling through the service completion, everything was very well and professionally done. I had to request delaying the arrival for an urgent need even we had a prescheduled time. They accommodated without a question. Jeremy explained all the works performed and any future works needed. Price was very reasonable.

Jason is always professional and takes care of any problems our units may have. Everything has always been covered under there warranty or annual contract. Great company that provides great service and has great people working for them! I won't go anywhere else!

This company did not install our unit, but they were able to remedy the problems caused by the company that installed it so badly. They have maintained it without any problems for at least 6 years. Their service people are skilled and courteous. Highly recommend them.

The AC decided to go out so i called late at night to setup an emergency appointment and they set one up for 12-2pm. They arrived before 12 and diagnosed the problem which was a blown cap. Had it up and running in 5 minutes Thankful I have these guys on my HVAC inits. Prompt and very friendly. I will always continue to refer use them and refer them to my friends and neighbors. Keep up the great work guys.

A Technician came out to provide a winter maintenance checkup. He was on time, profesional, polite, and honest. He quickly took care of the business of making sure my system was safe and ready for the winter. I also signed up their bi-annual maintenance program... so now I don't have to worry about calling someone to come out. They will handle all that.

Always a good experience with these guys! They give you straight answers, don't oversell on service calls. Prompt and courteous. Easy scheduling, confirming, and reminding of appointments.

Lifetime Heating & Air offered reasonable, competitive pricing and responded quickly when my old AC equipment failed. The technicians that installed the new AC were friendly and took extra time to do the job right. I would definitely recommend their service.

Jason came promptly and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. He reviewed the work he had done and the cost of each item. My issues were resolved much faster than I expected.

Replaced 2 separate systems at 2 different times and have had no issues with their work. Crews were very nice and protected our house during the jobs. Systems look clean and well installed. They have continued to maintain them over the last few years.
