My A/C unit of 22 years old needed maintenance every year. This year in trying to be proactive and have the warranty company send someone out to add freon to a system that was working, I ended up with no AC for 4 days after they said they put in 8 lbs. The company wanted to charge me 2800 in repairs and almost 8k for a new unit. In my research, I ran across J and Sons. Not only did they come out on a Sunday and check my unit under a free estimate, they also made a second trip on the same day to bring me a portable spot cooler without me agreeing to anything. It was that customer service that made me choose them to replace my AC unit; not to mention the inside and outside unit combined was 1/2 the price of the quote from the other company. Pete took the time to explain what was done, how to maintain the unit and followed up 2 days later to make sure everything was going good. I'm appreciative of the care they showed in my time of need.

My a/c went out and since the unit was old I needed to replace not only the outside unit, but also the inside unit. I called J and Sons and Juan had someone at my house within an hour. Raul arrived quickly and checked the entire system and gave me honest and detailed information about what my options were. He didn't try to pressure me into purchasing anything. I did receive several quotes for the work that needed to be done. However, J and Sons was significantly lower than what the other companies were asking.
The guys showed up when they said they would, got the inside and the outside units replaced, cleaned up after themselves and were informative the entire time.
It was a great experience in a stressful time.
I would highly recommend J and Sons for your heating and air conditioning needs.

This company sent CHILDREN to repair my mom’s AC. They had no clue what they were doing. They kept calling the “big boss” for help. Showed up to the house with shirts off, no company name or information. They were hired by DIVVY homes and did absolutely nothing. I had to show him where the filter was for the system. The other guy just sat on whatever hard surface he could find and text on his phone! Then on the 2nd appt (which we never knew we had one) he tried to show up on a Sunday stating he was on his way. On your way where sir?? We didn’t know you were coming, you have had no communication with my mom or myself. **REVISION** after all the fussing and complaining they made it right and installed the new AC and everything works perfectly!!!

Came out on a very snowy, cold Sunday on the same day that I called. Fixed my heater, answered all my questions, and complimented my dog in less than 30 minutes. Super friendly and helpful

Jamel came out and quickly found our issue! He got our ac back up and running. We had an appointment scheduled for Friday and Bell was able to send Jamel out early Monday and fix our issue! So glad for the quick and easy service and for us not having to wait until Friday for repair! Thank you Jamel!

Steven is extremely helpful and professional with much knowledge of what he’s doing. Although my problem with my HVAC system hasn’t been completely resolved due to my builders choosing a lower class unit to save money (which we were never informed of), Steve has been figuring ways on how to solve the issue to help from the returning vent blowing out cold air which makes my heater work harder making my home a non energy efficient as claimed by the builders. Thank you Steven for the hard work!
