Juan & team replaced a very old & outdated AC Unit & furnace in 2018 . The team was very professional, very responsive & very efficient. We were down shorter than expected, and that was very welcomed for a scorching summer heat. We had a unrelated issue with our pre-existing thermostat, in 2020 & Juan team came out & saved the day again. Issues always seem to happen when the weather is at it's peak 100°+ weather, I know that I can contact the Team of Texas Cool Mechanical & they will fix the issue. Very timely & very cost effective! I'm more than happy to recommend & give high marks to this team!

Juan is amazing! We called him when a cold front came in leaving us with a heater that was blowing cold air. Our home warranty company didn’t want to send anyone for 5 days but he came out in less than 2 hours. Gladly paid him out of pocket. He also made sure we understood what was going on and his recommendations. Over the top service as he also offered to look into our warranties for us. Highly recommend.
