Jason was not just awesome with quality of service, he educated me about my two systems and enlightened me about things that I was unaware of. Some just come out and do the work. Jason shared pictures of the problem and the fix. He also shared about the maintenance program and best solutions for my allergies.

The service guy, Chang, was cheerful and knows his job. He diagnosed the problem and fixed the faulty damper that caused the house to overheat.

Chan is great! They came to service our HVAC based on a recommendation from our GC. We’ve had other HVAC companies through the years who consistently recommend us to replace our entire system. Bell came in and repaired our HVAC for a fraction of a new system and it feels AND looks like we have a new system. Also, Bell came back to make some minor adjustments and they did it graciously and all our rooms now heat and cool similarly. No hype, no upsell, just straight honest recommendations. Would definitely recommend Bell for all HVAC trpair and maintenance needs.

Joe did an excellent job in replacing part to ac unit. He was kind, professional, and respectful. Carl was first technician to come by Monday and he was also excellent. Thank gentlemen and the Bell company.

Lederick did an outstanding job balancing the air throughout our home. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain what he was doing and why it mattered. The difference in comfort was noticeable immediately. Rooms that had uneven temperatures are now perfectly balanced. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail and would highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service.

Steven was very helpful in calibrating the heating unit and conducting the routine maintenance. He helped educate me on how to operate the thermostat and do maintenance and frequency to keep the units functioning well. He also educated me on warranty and replacement. I had an outstanding experience with Bell Mechanical, thanks to Tanner S. and Robert M. From the moment they arrived, they were kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with my HVAC system, how they planned to fix it, and answered all of my questions in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was handled promptly and efficiently, and they even offered helpful tips for proper HVAC maintenance going forward. Their level of service truly exceeded my expectations—hands down the best service technicians I’ve ever worked with. I highly recommend Bell Mechanical and especially Tanner and Robert!

Chan is great. This is the second time he’s been to my house. He really knows his stuff. He’s quick and efficient. Quickly diagnoses the issue know exactly what to do. He leaves my home clean just as he arrived. I will always request him as my technician.

Bell Heating and Cooling is completely unprofessional. One of their drivers reversed into me at a stop sign, laughed it off, and told me nothing was wrong with my car.

I reported it right away, but it’s been over a week and I haven’t heard a single word back from the company. Every time I call for an update, they just hang up on me.

If this is how they treat people on the road and handle customer concerns, I would never trust them with my business.

Tanner did an excellent job—he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire visit. Michael is the best most professional technician I’ve seen. he arrived on time gave us a heads up before knocking on the door. He. was very effective, finding a problem and giving me an update, took time to explain it in detail issues issue and fixed it. He also recommended insulation on piping that was uninsulated and fix that too. Highly Highly professional.

Chan came out for a no heat call at our house and spent time diligently going through our a/c system making sure all aspects were good and not just the loss of heat we called for. He spent time explaining and talking to me making sure all questions and concerns were answered. We really appreciate his time and effort to make our family comfortable.

We noticed the HAVC issue on Friday and contacted Bell. The rep quickly scheduled us for coming Monday morning repair appointment, knowing there are cold days coming. Super responsive and caring.

I had a great experience with Bell Mechanical Services. They came out promptly to diagnose an issue with our heater when it stopped blowing warm air, and the technicians explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The problem was identified quickly, and the repair was done efficiently without any unnecessary upselling. They were professional, respectful of our home, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. We recently needed some balancing work done on our new build. The first tech they sent out didn’t seem to really know how else to fix the issue besides to close a vent to force more air to the other locations. So I thought that was it. But Bell Mechanical reached out and sent out Lederick for a new appointment. He diagnosed the issue and was extremely thorough. Lederick explained what he needed to do to fix the issue but required having to come back out and making adjustments with an additional part. He came out today with another tech Joe who was also great. I can’t say enough about Lederick and his professionalism and attitude and eagerness to help to make sure things were fixed. I also noticed another issue thinking it was HVAC related but it ends up being a possible plumbing thing but they both went above and beyond to try to figure it out. Lederick was truly great and I appreciate his willingness to get the job done right!!! He recommended things to us and provided additional support and knowledge. I just had to send a quick note to give a huge shout-out to Jose for the absolutely fantastic service he provided us recently.

Honestly, Jose was just brilliant from start to finish. Our heating system was giving us a real headache with some pretty complicated issues, but he totally nailed the problem. He diagnosed it super quickly and with such accuracy – it was clear he really knows his stuff inside and out!
