Jamel was amazing! And it was NOT an easy job he had to do. The job wasn’t rushed and everything was explained in detail of what the issue was, to how it was resolved. 10/10 would recommend!

Very good work. Dustin and Ethan were very professional, attentive to matters. Dustin was so kind to go the extra mile and fully explain to me everything they did as I was house sitting and didn’t know what was going on.

The A/C warranty request was scheduled immediately. The technician provided an ETA and arrived on time. He was competent and polite. Great service overall.

My front room wasn’t getting enough air flow and he came out changed the register, checked my outside unit and found that it was over charged and adjusted the freon, checked my furnace in the attic to make sure everything was running properly and adjusted the fan speed to get more air flow in the house. Very friendly, he did a great job. Highly recommend.

Chang was a great representative of Bell. He was knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. He communicated what he was going to do, identified the issue, and fixed it quickly. He also informed me on the system and maintenance. I’m glad he was the one to come service the house.

Joe came out and saved the day for us. We were having an issue with the heater in the rental property that we were in. Joe arrived promptly and took care of the issue within minutes. He was very customer focused and patient as we asked questions. He did a great job educating us on the heating system and letting us know what to do in case of an emergency. We would highly recommend this company and we are grateful for Joe‘s assistance and prompt attention to our concerns. Great job Joe!

Bell Mechanical has been handling my HVAC maintenance for the past 7 years, and they have consistently delivered exceptional service.

This week, I experienced an issue with my cooling system. Ambers and Joseph came by today, and I was very impressed with their professionalism and expertise. They quickly identified the root cause of the problem and took the time to explain how the cooling system works, which I truly appreciated.

They were transparent about the diagnostic costs upfront and ensured I was completely comfortable with the pricing before proceeding with any work. They also explored the best possible solutions and even coordinated with their manager to offer me the most cost-effective option.

Both Ambers and Joseph were friendly, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Their customer-focused approach made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.

Super nice and friendly person. In the future for maintenance, I would like him to service our home. Steve balanced our home, said it was in the parameters that were needed. Gave us good insight & advice. We didn’t pay anything since we’re under warranty.

Just had my HVAC system serviced today for some air differential issues and technician did a good job and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was causing the issue along with tips on how to adjust the vents for better airflow around the house. Very knowledgeable tech

Mr. Chen is very detailed and friendly. He is knowledgeable and patient. He explained the workflow and how things should work before he starts. He will check accessories and make sure things work properly and everything is up to date for your filters and how you should take care of them. Highly recommended

Very quick and professional service. We highly recommend Bell. They were very interested in making sure that we understood our choices and finished the work quickly. We always give their name to our family and friends. Zach and Michael were professional, respectful and helpful.

I bought a new home with a Bell HVAC unit. Before moving in, my inspector found several problems with the unit. I was told they had been addressed and repaired before I closed on the home. A few weeks later, during the first freeze of the season, the heat did not work in my home. I reported the problem to the warranty company and Bell. and they refused to come out and fix the problem that day. My children and I spent that weekend in our home with a temp of 58°. A repair man came out Monday - 4 days later, which required that I take a day off from work. The problem took two trips from the repair man to be resolved. I explained my extreme frustration and disappointment with a Bell supervisor, Carl Wilson who stated he would research my account and get back to me. I reached him after 2 weeks and he said anything could have caused the issue. He did not offer an apology for anything we experienced.

I had Dustin come out and do an inspection on my HVAC system in a new build. He's been here twice and has been amazing. Very friendly knows how to do his job correctly. We appreciate him so much thank you Dustin for all you do.
