Recently used Lifetime’z in Carrollton to repair my heating and air conditioner unit. They were very thorough giving me a detailed estimate. They took the time to explain everything they would be going before I signed the contract. Once the job was scheduled everything was handled flawlessly. Phone calls from the office kept me updated on every step of the process. The contractors arrived promptly did the work in an efficient, neat and timely manner. I was extremely impressed.

I have appreciated the people I have worked with, and this has been my best experience with them so far! I would probably give five stars if this had been my first experience, as they were quick to respond, quick to schedule, prompt and courteous in all interactions, and thoughtful problem solvers in how to approach a mystery leak.

Great service , very personable. Very through. I rate the service tech a 10 for highly recommend.Tony was my tech the last 2 times and he is so friendly and so informative. Tony really knows his trade, he is quick and knowledgable about dignosing the repair. If I could give him a 20 rating for Exceptional Service I would so I will settle for the standard 10 rating for Excellent and completely satisfied. I'm a Life TimeZ customer for a life time! Not normally one to post a review but I genuinely cannot say enough good things about Lifetime’z Air. They were really helpful and had had a tech out way faster then I would have expected.

Our upstairs AC unit broke down Tuesday night, I called the Lifetime’z Heating and Air, after the company we had previously service our AC could not make it here until late afternoon the next day/ or morning after that. Lifetime’z promised to send someone out around noon. I received a 30 minute call ahead of time, and at exactly 12:00 p.m. their technician
Chris was there to look into the issue, saying that most likely it was the capacitor that failed the unit to run. When starting to work on the AC, he pulled out a completely rusted through capacitor, that the mechanic of the other company who worked on the units all these years failed to notice ahead of time. Chris also noticed, that this specific AC unit for the upstairs level of the house was missing a hard start kit, which the other unit already had installed. Cooling fluid was also missing, one of the reasons why our AC never really did a great job lately getting the house cooled down. Just makes you wonder, why the previous company ignored these issues, which surely could have prevented the AC from shutting down during the hottest time of the year. And, the previous company had just been here around two weeks earlier for seasonal maintenance. After Lifetime’z’s repair service, that AC is kicking as if it were new! Clearly, Chris went about his work very professionally, honest and precise. I could also not help notice, that every time he went into the house, he put on floor protectors on his shoes, and, our house pets (cats and dog) came up to greet him, instead of, which is usually the case, running away and hiding somewhere from technicians. Pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely continue having our seasonal maintenance serviced by Lifetime’z, since their customers are obviously important to them.

We had a very difficult problem to solve. Every time we cooled our upstairs and downstairs at the same time our system would shut off and I would have to flip the breaker in order to get it to come back on. Our system is brand new so this shouldn't have been happening. They tried 3 separate times to troubleshoot the issue in the most cost effective way possible. The second time we replaced a part that should have solved the issue, however it did not. We went to sleep and our unit shut off again. I called to let them know and the next day a manager and technician came out to our house and spent hours to do everything they could to ensure this problem did not happen again. They were very apologetic that the part replaced did not solve the issue and did not charge to come back out as we had already paid for a problem to be fixed. they stood by their word and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I appreciate the responsiveness and courtesy extended to my wife and I. Problem has been fixed for a few weeks and we are all set now! Thank you!

Our tech was Jason. He was very thorough with explaining everything he was looking at. He also completed the work in a timely, professional manner. We got the membership, as we have used this company before, to keep our systems running properly year round.

Quick service response time for my mid year check up. Very courteous technician who explained everything. They honored the warranty of my compressor even though it was installed by a company they acquired a few years ago. Good job.

My AC wasn't working properly Saturday morning. When I got home from work around 130pm and realized it had gone out and wasn't working at all, I immediately called Lifetimez. They got a technician out within an hour. Unfortunately he had bad news for me. And since it was so late on a Saturday, they wouldn't be able to get a new unit ordered until Monday. Monday morning rolled around and they got the unit ordered and were at my house by 230pm and got it replaced and working! Thank you Liferimez!! All the staff and technicians are friendly, caring, honest and professional. I would highly recommend Lifetimez!

Service Technician Tony arrived about thirty minutes after I called and requested a service call. He had my unit up and running in about twenty minutes after he got here. I am very happy with the resolution of my problem.

Jeremy Irish has been servicing my house A/C and Heater for years. The peace of mind I have from getting to know my technician a little better each time he visits is priceless.

We used other big names a/c companies in the past, and the service and price has always been lackluster. Lifetime is way different. When i called them to set an appointment, their customer service was awesome.The staff member did everything possible to get me an appointment that day and kept in touch with me as to the arrival time of the technician.

Jason, our technician came on time. He was incredibly professional and most of all, he communicated with me as to what he was doing. The best part was, the price. I couldn't believe that with all the work jason, our technician, had to do, the price was incredibly reasonable. I was really impressed. I would not hesitate at all to recommend this company. Extremely grateful for the attentiveness of several team members to diagnose our issue. We weren’t thrilled about purchasing a new A/C unit, but they were able to work with us and make recommendations. We’ve had solid customer service from the office team to the techs to the manager. As far as we see, they desire to do the right thing and ensure customer satisfaction. Would highly recommend them for maintenance of an existing unit or install of a new one! They also offer a whole house air scrubber (air purifier).

With the brutal Texas heat, EVERYONE’S AC is working overtime and evidently, tons are failing. I am so thankful that Lifetimez was able to come out SAME DAY. Our AC went out, and I called other places in the area. For new clients, their wait time was give or take a few days. From the moment I called Lifetimez, their rep (Kathy) was extremely sweet and helpful, and Tony (our technician) was absolutely wonderful and personable. The honesty that we got from him was much appreciated. I would recommend this place to everyone/anyone. 10/10. Thank y’all so much.

Jason came to fix our AC during the summer, when it was pushing cold air. Not once did he make us feel like we were just a number in his schedule. He patiently explained how the AC unit works, what was wrong, answered all of our questions, and educated us some of the maintenance we can do on our own.

In October, our thermostat stopped working, couldn't turn on the heat. I reached out to Jason. He responded within minutes and spend the next 1-2 hours helping me trouble shoot various things that could have gone wrong. He sent me texts, sent pictures, walked me through potential issues over the phone. We were able to resolve the issue and turn on the heat before going to sleep in cold weather with 2 little ones at home over the weekend!

Jason is reliable, honest, knowledgeable, and provides excellent service! He will be our number one contact for all future HVAC needs and will be recommending to our friends and family! Thanks Jason!
