I called them for a second opinion after a different company claimed my heating system was leaking carbon monoxide and needed immediate replacement due to my heater exchange has multiple cracks in the system. When Mason from Medley came out, he found no such problems. He was upfront, stating that while the unit is older, it did not need replacing at this time and it is perfectly safe! He even climb in the attic to verify there was no leak up there as well. Their integrity saved me thousands on a replacement I didn't need. Medley proved they value integrity over an unnecessary upsell. I absolutely recommend Medley & Mason!

Great first experience with the plumbing side of this business. Previously used them for new AC & Furnaces with outstanding results. Very pleased with the addition of the UV lights as part of that. It really does reduce the amount of dust in your home! The plumbing experience was professionally handled from start to finish by the crew of Lance, Colin, Jeremy , and Hunter. Enjoying a new toilet that flushes well! Also a new water softener & conditioner system that should put a stop to the hard water that affects fixtures, toilets, washing machines, dishwashers, and water heaters.

Today was my first experience with Medley and they exceeded my expectations. Kasey and Corey were my technicians and they were both polite, personable, and professional. The technicians were prompt and they thoroughly inspected my HVAC system. They found an issue with my outside unit that my previous company had missed and they brought it up to the proper specifications.

I had them also install a new smart thermostat for me that will maintain more even temperatures in my two-story home. I am very pleased with the service that I received today. I highly recommend Melody Heating and Cooling.

I had no heater this morning (30s) and called y'all for service. Medley made it a point to make it out to diagnose what's wrong. Dean (tech) was very professional and polite and noticed they had just repaired a circuit board recently on my furnace. The replacement was an upgrade from 80v to 120v, and because of that it caused my igniter (80v) to fail.
That said, Dean replaced no charge.
I could have been told anything, at any price level, hvac stuff. All I can add is Awesome Company!

Had a gas leak. Called them and they came the same day we called. Fixed the leak quickly. They were very professional. Called other plumber before calling Medley, the difference was between night and day. We're happy we went with Medley.

Received service the same day on my heating unit even after the first freeze warning of the season! Dean was amazing showing me a lot about my system and even finding a duct that wasn’t even attached which didn’t have anything to do with the initial issue. Never before have I been so impressed with a company that provides service until I had the good fortune to use Medley Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing for some AC work at my home (clogged AC condensate drain, AC pan overflow safety switch install and AC duct replacement). These folks set the bar so high that if you ever use them, you will never go back to your previous provider. From my experience, it starts at the very top, and in this case that would be Texas Medley, the owner of the company. It has been shown that 80% of a company's culture is defined by its core leader(s). The culture that Texas has defined within his company is reflected by the service I received from all of his employees. My condensate drain issue, AC 6 months maintenance, and AC pan overflow safety switch installation was handled by the Team of Brandon, Chris, Lance and Jeremy. What a great group of guys that work as a Team. If you didn't know better, you would think they were brothers by the way they interact with each other. For the AC duct job, Medley sent Cody, their Duct Project Manager to review the scope of work with me and to give me a quote. I was telling Cody how much I liked the YouTube videos that gives a brief history of each employee and what they do at Medley. Cody informed me that besides his primary role, he is also the videographer for Medley. If you are considering using Medley, then I would recommend going to YouTube and do a search for Medley Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing. The videos will show the pride and culture of the company. Last but not least, I want to give recognition to the AC Duct Install Team. Team Lead Josue and his associates Brian and Alfonzo are the best. I was amazed how the 3 men could replace the ducts in the hot attic and every time I would see them they would have a big smile on their faces. Josue said he and his Team has never let an attic get the best of them. I would like to point out, the 3 men did follow proper protocol when working in such a harsh environment and would take frequent water and cooling breaks. I have added a few pictures that show how Josue and his Team hung the ducts in the attic. It should be noted that Medley replaced ~ 60% of my ducts because the other 40% had been replaced by another ac company 10 years ago. One would ask, why didn't you have all ducts replaced 10 years ago. 10 years ago, I did request that all ducts be replaced, but the other ac company didn't do it because the ducts were extremely difficult to get to and the 250-pound (low side estimate) installer didn't want to take the time to do it. I know I'm profiling, but I'm calling it as I see it. FYI - Josue and His Team took the time to also hang the ducts that got replaced 10 years ago even though it was not their responsibility to do so. I remember all the names of the Medley crew because they are like family members to me. Each one of them speaks so highly of Texas Medley, and how he has created a "Family Culture" that makes coming to work a joy. In closing, I would like to say that I had the good fortune to meet Texas Medley after all the work was completed. Texas met with me and wanted to make sure that my expectations had been met. My expectations were blown out of the water with the service I received from Medley Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing. There is a book I read several years ago that exemplify the service from Medley - Positively Outrageous Service: How to Delight and Astound Your Customers and Win Them for Life. Texas Medley, you and your Team have won me for life.

They were absolutely amazing to work with! They were recommended to us by some friends after we had a poor experience with another company. They addressed our concerns, helped educate us on some of the problems, and they were very quick! Very kind to talk to and made sure that everything was in excellent condition. We’re very appreciative of them and will definitely be contacting them again when needed.

We woke up to a busted line. I called about 8 plumbers and nobody was working during the ice storm except Medley. They got to me in a couple of hours and fabricated a custom fix for the leak. Very much appreciated! Shawn and his team did a great job!

Had a heater issue that we had looked at 3 other times by other companies but each time the issue kept coming back. Mason and Kasey from Medley came out and seemed to finally diagnose the root cause of the problems and have fixed the unit for us.
