Great experience with this HVAC supply house. We purchased 2 fan motors and opened an account with them and everything went smooth from start to finish. Stephen is highly knowledgable and really takes time to explain stuff when we got questions. Much to my surprise, from the initial phone call until the end I had a great experience with excellent customer service. Darius was on time, professional and completed my repair quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again. They did not try to cheat me or anything, it was a great experience.

Great experience with Roy and his installation team who installed 2 brand new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All three men were polite and expedient. They installed and got the main system up and running on day one, and the upstairs unit on day two. They took care of everything from start to finish. In addition both systems came with smart thermostats, in this case ECOBEE4, that have incredible features. I would highly recommend contacting Roy with Blue Diamond Air for any HVAC concerns including getting a new system.

He should be given 100% i hate these surveys because they never show how good the employee is if the person they are helping doesny like the fee or is angry about something else ,, their job should not be based on some misserable persons bad out look on life

I had a water heater that gave out on me and I contacted diamond blue for repairs. They were already on a tight schedule and booked for the week but they made the time to squeeze me in. That says a lot about how much they care about their customers. They came in and assessed the damage then told me what needed to be done. Also advised me what my options were. Anyways it was a great experience and i would definitely use them again!

Roy and Darius did a great job diagnosing the problem, ordered the new part, and fixed it quickly. They were very knowledgeable, explained the situation very clearly, and were very friendly. They did an excellent job. Will definitely call them back.
