I've been a customer for 24 years and they are the best! My service tech explained everything and answered all of my questions. He found a problem that will be an issue in winter and uploaded a photo, so that the tech who comes for fall service will have the part needed. So many times in the service call he said, "we are going to take care of you." Later (September) another tech came back, at my request, bringing all possible parts needed, and fixed it capably in 15 minutes. Awesome company.

I had an excellent experience with Mechanical Air Design. The tech was prompt, knowledgeable, clean, and efficient. No attempt to upsell and explained details in layman terms. Mechanical Air will be HVAC pro. I highly recommend their services and their prices are very fair and economical.

Using these guys for a few years and totally trust that they will give me all my options on the fix. In addition I trust that they will not try and sell me a new system or some big fix if it’s not necessary. I really appreciate that piece of the service. I highly recommend this company for their services

I've been using Mechanical Air for the last couple of years and they have been excellent. They are always honest on my needs and fast and easy to work with. I recently had to replace my entire system after 20+ years. They had the best price and installed my new system quickly and with care. I rarely write reviews but Mechanical Air deserves a mention here.

Extremely knowledgeable, thorough and honest service every time! Kris and his fellow technician checked my systems to get them ready for winter. They were friendly, courteous and respectful. I especially appreciated their suggestion to get additional plug in carbon monoxide detectors, where to place them and their reasons for the recommendation. My plug in detectors will be here on Friday! Thank you for taking such great care of your customers!

Great from start to finish. Alan gave us the best price out of 3 estimates and went over what was necessary on the install. The install guys were very courteous and did a great job without too much disruption.

Sent them a message yesterday afternoon and they were over today to fix my outdoor tankless water heater. Strong communication with the office and the technicians that arrived - Shawn & Austin were very professional and zeroed in and fixed the problem in a very reasonable time. I will definitely use them again!!

We had to call Medley out due to a sink that was starting to drain more slowly and didn't respond to the widely suggested 1c vinegar followed by hot water flush after 30 minutes. From experience, I knew it was because of the AC drain line, but I wasn't about to rod a drain line by myself (nor did I have the necessary tools nor would I trust myself). Shawn came and quickly cleared the slow drain issue in addition to diagnosing/fixing the mysterious leak I had (rubber gaskets had accumulated gunk that he cleaned off). However, what I really appreciated most was his willingness to cheerfully/amusedly answer my many questions and discuss my musings about whether I could / how to address this as well as other plumbing issues I've experienced. His friendliness was evident, and it was clear that he viewed his job as not only just performing the necessary tasks but also educating/empowering the customer. Awesome educational service is the best.
Note: we have been part of the medley plan for the past few years and not regretted it at all. The response time is fast, and the folks who come out have always been friendly, professional, and great to work with.

Medley was so nice to me and took care of my AC needs. They were not the cheapest but certainly took good care of and were extremely responsive to my questions and when called for warranty work.

If you want a reputable company to service and repair your heating, air conditioning, and plumbing, Medley is your company. They are timely and thorough on all of the their service and repairs. Great staff that explains everything that will be completed. Honest and dependable!!!

Truly GRATEFUL for the Medley team!!! Happy to sing their praises and highly recommend them. We had a gas leak that was complicated by how our pipes had been done originally. Apparently we were one of the rare unlucky few where the leak requires chasing. I was working from home so I heard the team discussing what to try and heard them debate the best next step and they also were very proactive in communicating our options, their recommendations and pricing at each stage. If they would have wanted to overcharge us, it would have been very easy to because our gas was shut off and who is going to cut corners when dealing with a gas leak. It was the Friday before Columbus Day weekend and I could hear the guys talking to a nearby team they were supposed to meet for lunch. Not only did they stay and missed lunch to try and get it figured out but the other team stopped by to see if they could help figure out what the least expensive and least destructive next step was. These guys were so kind and I could truly feel their empathy and hard work to help us out. It isn’t often with home services that you have no doubts about the people and job being done. After a few days with this team in our house and some big payments, I had nothing but gratitude for how kind they were to us. I know they could have easily charged us double or just told us we needed all new piping. They worked really hard. And the owner, Texas called us to check in and I knew the team was in communication with him. At the end of our experience all we had was a ton of respect and gratitude for Cody, Lance and the entire team for the care and empathy they had for our house and the stress of a big repair. We have never had a consistent plumbing/hvac service but now we do. Just call them!

I arrived home to a very hot household yesterday. I immediately called Medley (who has done a lot of work for me). In less than 30 minutes, Mason was at my front door! He assessed the issue very quickly and the charge was extremely reasonable. Thank you, Medley, for always giving the best service!

I had an excellent experience with Medley and Kevin, the tech that came out. He was able to come the same day I called (mid-August, the hottest month in Texas), and was able to diagnose and fix the unit that was not working. Thankfully, the issue was caused be a previous service company that did not properly seal the system and the fix was simply adding refrigerant. He checked to ensure there were no leaks. Kevin was honest, and did not try to oversell me on things that were not needed. I will certainly be using Medley in the future and will gladly recommend them to family, friends, and neighbors. Give this company a call. There is a reason they rate so highly on Yelp, Google, and other sites.
