Used Mechanical Air Design both in my personal residence as well as in my work they never disappoint. All of their staff is polite, friendly professional never had an issue or a job that they couldn’t handle or repair and outstanding company Chris Andrew Rachel just to name a few wholeheartedly recommend Mechanical Air Design.

The service was excellent. Andrew was very courteous, friendly and competent putting in the extra effort to clear a clogged drainpipe so my congested AC unit could drain properly.

If you need AC work mechanical air is the way to go. Chris did most of my work. He is thorough caring and pays attention to the little details. They also helped me get an exterior insulated plenum which helps with environmental sensitivity’s like dust mold and allergies. The team is great and I highly recommend them.

Just had my annual A/C system service performed by Logan. He’s awesome! Every time he’s here I’m reminded how much I enjoy working with him and everyone I deal with at Mech Air Design. I’m so appreciative of getting to work with great customer service advocates for a change. From the scheduling with Rachel , to the service and the exceptional communication through every step of the process from Logan; oh and finally the online bill pay… it’s all effortless. Chris from Mechanical Air Design arrived early on a hot Monday because my air was out. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the part within 45 minutes of arriving. Fast forward his diagnosis was spot on. This company has super customer support as well as professionalyl trained service guys. They give honest service at a great price.

We recently had Mechanical Air Design replace our main floor AC unit. While they were NOT the least expensive vendor we priced, they had provided excellent service in the past AND are located in our town of Carrollton TX and we like to support businesses in our community. The crew that replaced our unit was timely, efficient and professional and they completed the replacement in less than one day. They installed a fan with a bit more power than in our old unit to increase circulation, which is great, but it caused one of our 30 year old air vents to rattle. With one call, they returned and replaced the vent with a new vent at no charge.
Thanks to Chris, the Project Manager/Lead Tech was GREAT.
