Cannot say enough great things about this company. Very prompt, professional, knowledgeable and hard working. Colin & Jeremy were the techs that came out initially and did an outstanding job. Our old big tank water heater was leaking and at the end of its lifespan. We had them replace it with a tankless water heater and couldn’t be happier with it. Lance and another tech (didn’t catch his name) also came out later that day to help do the install and bring parts for Colin & Jeremy so they could keep working on removing the old tank out of our garage attic. The whole process was smooth and they all did a great job. When I called the office with questions, everyone there was polite and helpful as well. I’ve already recommended Medley heating, air and plumbing more than once to others. We most definitely plan to use them again. Thx Medley for excellent customer service!!

We had a serious HVAC issue that had gone unresolved for almost a week, leaving the house without air conditioning during a major heatwave. Medley Heating & Air Conditioning came through when we needed them most. They responded quickly, diagnosed the problem accurately, and corrected a major overcharge of refrigerant that could have led to system failure. Their technician Mason was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. After dealing with several HVAC companies in the past, I can confidently say Medley is in a league of their own. Thank you for restoring comfort and peace of mind to our tenants. Highly recommend.

Medley added plumbing services about a year ago. For the last 2 1/2 years I’ve used them for HVAC and other related jobs sing have always been happy with the work, the technicians that come, and all around good service. So C when I needed plumbing help I knew I’d call who I already trusted.

Shawn came to help resolve a leak. He was very nice, and knowledgeable. He took his time trying to eliminate what the cause could be. He discovered the source and did a great job communicating what needed to be done. I was also impressed he was able to reset the bricks that had to be taken out! I’ve never seen that before from a service!

I will continue to use Medley for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.

Medley replaced our entire heating and air conditioning system and we could not be happier. After getting multiple bids for a new Trane system, Medley's price was below our budget and very competitive when compared to other companies.

The team that came out to do the installation was professional, friendly and kind. Because the old system had to be removed and the new system installed, the installation took the whole day. In truly oppressive heat and humidity, the guys worked hard all day in our attic. When finished, they cleaned up everything, took away the old system and showed me how to operate our new Trane system. I checked out the system in the attic and the installation is clean, neat and really well done. The outside compressor is really impressive and extremely quiet. Once the air was turned on, it worked beautifully and very quietly.

We will continue to use Medley for maintenance because of the great work they do and their friendly customer service. I highly recommend Medley for their professional, quality service at a reasonable price.

I called Medley at 2:00 in the afternoon to investigate a leak under my cabinets that required an insurance claim They were able to send Lance, their master plumber out to my house within a couple of hours.

Since my water leak was caused by my dishwasher, it was not something they fix.

Lance checked my sink, garbage disposal lines and my outdoor faucet to be absolutely sure where the leak was coming from.

Instead of paying the $89 service fee, I was offered the family plan for $150. It included services I would need so I bought that instead.

I was happy with the service and will obviously be using Medley again.

Mason from Medley is very good at what he does. Showed up on time, great communication and very helpful with suggestions he feels will help our situation. Did not rush at all. Took his time to look at everything. Got us scheduled the following week for our updates needed. Would definitely recommend Medley for anyone needing help with their ac/heater issues.

My AC unit’s capacitor exploded. I had 3 different HVAC companies tell me they had never seen anything like that happen on a unit. Colton at Medley was very professional, friendly and thorough. He checked my system from top to bottom and when A1 told me it was scrap and I’d have to spend minimum $8200 to replace it (without inspecting anything beyond just the outside unit), Colton told me it was fixable. He had me up and running again in just a couple hours. Would definitely use them again.

Timely, courteous, knowledgeable, On time, great communication all the way through. Don't want to sound like a paid ad, but that's the way it went. Was in Okla. on Friday afternoon when phone app showed heating problems at my house in Carrollton, right before the ice apocalypse. They troubleshot on the phone, then had somebody work late to meet me after I drove back. Back up and runing in minutes, repair completed a few days later after parts received. Under warranty, no charge. I can't thank them enough. Before I retired, I repaired hospital lab equipment. THIS IS HOW IT IS SUPPOSED TO WORK.

Lance, Cody, and others from Medley Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing were fantastic. They quickly identified the cause of the water leak in our laundry room and had everything repaired in no time. They were professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind throughout the whole process. We really appreciated how clearly they explained what was going on and the steps they were taking. Excellent service all around, highly recommend!

Absolutely one of the best companies I have ever used. Their customer service is spot on. Got out to my Mom's house on the same day, communicated the whole way with me and the service was top notch. Will no doubt use again!

Everyone that I have been in contact with has been just wonderful. They are honest, knowledgeable, and loaded with integrity. If only other businesses could follow them as a role model a person would never have to worry about being cheated and always know they were working with a great team that truly cares about their customers, and not only concerned about the amount of money they could get. When a company uses a business plan like Medley, they will never have to worry about gaining and keeping their clientele. I wouldn’t recommend anyone over them, and they are my competition in many services, yet I will still recommend them. I can do this because I too am like them, but I am just able to offer lower prices, being a much smaller business with lower overhead. I never have to worry about gaining and keeping my clientele either. Perfect example!
