I feel working with Stephen he is very accessible, takes the time to explain the issues. I am very technical so I like to know all the operating parameters of my systems. He is patient with me and I learn a lot. Provides sage advice. Very responsive to calls, repairs, etc. Sometimes able to service same day a need arises. Very well mannered and respectful of people, dogs and property—my lab loves him. I feel I can trust him to do good work and is honest about what it takes. I do wish the prices were lower, but I get it is not easy to run a business with all the overhead, cost of equipment, tools, refrigerant, etc. However, I have not found their pricing to be much higher than other established companies. I do feel their subscription service for twice yearly maintenance service on my two units is a great value. Stephen goes through an extensive list of items to check which is time consuming but ensures AC is ready for texas heat. He has been a good advocate for me on warranty claims with Amana—new compressor and system board replacement. In one case where an Amana warranty replacement compressor was making a loud thump, he was able to install a MicroAir soft start and the thump went away. A much cheaper option then buying a new compressor.

Diamond Blue and their tech Stephen did a wonderful job assessing the condition of my Air Conditioner. It was for the benefit of the buyer of my home and were able to debunk all the accusations of the inspection that was done of my home. They were kind and considerate and professional.

We've used Diamond Blue every since we moved to Dallas. I originally found them when we were looking to replace both of our very old AC units. The replacement was smooth and every year when they come out to service them the employees are professional, timely, and really good at what they do. Customer service is alos very responsive and nice. Highly recommend.

Diamond Blue just installed a new Trane heating and a/c unit to replace my old one at a reasonable cost. The installation went smoothly; they were fast and efficient. The installers were professional. I have used Diamond Blue for a number of years and have found Stephen to be very reliable and knowledgeable.

Diamond Blue Air has maintained our residential HVAC for years. They come 2x a year for spring and fall maintenance, have repaired minor things along the way as well, to prevent causing major issues that would cost us major headache and expense. Stephen, the tech that comes to our home 2x/ yr is always punctual, respectful and explains things thoroughly. Highly recommend this company.

Been using them for almost 20 years, since before the name change. Had ups and downs but overall its a great solid company. Just had my annual maintenance check and he was fantastic will definitely be asking for him again in 6 months for the summer check up.

Great service and friendly staff! As a first time homeowner, the first big expense like this is a big deal! I'm grateful to have a company that I trust to do quality work. Jackie, Sandra, Alex and Quentin were all so wonderful and made the process easy from financing to installation. The guys even put my shelf and laundry detergent back! Very clean and thorough, highly recommend!

Had them come by for a routine check as part of my On Time membership, my system is outdated and undersized but they were extremely professional with helping service and tune up as much as possible. Didn't try to pitch or sell me anything, instead was extremely knowledgeable and direct about my options and situation without being pushy, which I appreciated immensely

Brody was such a lifesaver today, calming my nerves that my heater was not going out during the ice storm. He was very professional, polite and took the time to explain the issue. He is definitely an asset to On Time Experts and if we have to call them again, I hope he is our technician!

The On Time Experts were On Time! After our system was put in on Friday we started having an issue on Saturday evening, but we called to have a tech come out because it was 89 degrees and climbing in our upstairs. Then I remembered that Matthew, one of the Sales Leaders, had text me so I texted him and told him what was going on. Y’all, he was on It! Look it was after 6pm on a Saturday, Matt took the time to check on us till the next Day. The Young Man who came out, I think his name is Preston, he took the time to explain that it was our capacitor that burned out. He did a great job at back tracking where the problem started, ultimately he was at our house till after 10pm. This is the kicker, the issue was with the new thermostat they installed, so we did not have anything out of pocket. I am so Grateful to The Most High for Matt, he showed that he truly do care about his clients and Preston, he actually listened to us and used that information to trace the problem and fixed it. Thank you On Time for being On Time. Oh the duct cleaning, I had forgotten we getting it. The techs came in covered everything and did a great job at cleaning those ducts out. I feel like 5 Stars is not enough…

I have been an On Time Experts maintenance subscription customer for a few of years now and have always been pleased with the technicians they send to do the yearly check up on my HVAC and plumbing. This time they sent Javier Castro and he knocked it out of the park with his attention to detail and how he explained everything that he was going to do and then explained his findings and recommendations. Well done Javier!
