On Time Experts came out to do my spring maintenance on my AC/heating unit. The technician, Jose, that came out was very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend him and this company for all your needs concerning heating and air. Great service!

Rene & Yordi did an outstanding job on our semi-annual maintenance of our HVAC units. They were professional and very informative about all the work they were going to do. They did a full inspection, cleaning, and checking out our two units.

Pape was awesome. Came in listened to what we were seeing and checked output in the rooms and then went to the unit and did a full inspection. Top to bottom check and hard restart to clear fault and then rechecked to make sure running properly. Explained everything and showed pics and videos thru out process. System running like new. No ice box for us tonight.

It was time for a routine check on my HVAC Unit. My tech “Stefan” that came out, was one of the best ones yet. He arrived a little early, although I wasn’t there, the fact that he kept me in the loop with calls/pictures and texts. I Really appreciated him for that. I am Very Big on customer service and Stefan was thorough, patient, honest (he told me what I did and didn’t need) and helpful (he even helped with my groceries). We need more kind people like him. Thanks Stefan/On Time Experts! You hired a good one.

Excellent service! Rene was on time, explained everything he was going to do before he started. During the maintenance he found an issue with the blower on one of my units and went above and beyond to go get a replacement and install it today. Parts and labor are covered under my warranty, so it didnt cost me anything. I couldn't ask for better service.

Second Update:
I am updating my review back to its original 5 stars. I worked with Dominick the past two business days to have my issues resolved. While the issues were 100% not his fault the way he handled the situation was top class. Additionally, he made himself available during the weekend in case I needed anything. There are times when situations happens that are not controllable and the experience is dependent on the reaction and Dominick did not disappoint. This is what true customer service is all about! If anyone is on the fence about giving the On Time Experts a chance, just do it. You will not be disappointed.

Update: The evening of my biyearly check up our AC stopped working. Had a tech come out the next day and they stated the same part in both my AC units needs replaced. I find it highly improbable that both of the exact same parts break whenever everything was functioning properly before their service. They also say they cannot go to their warehouse until 4 days after they broke these parts. Not great in Texas heat, so now I am stuck with turning as many fans on in my house to blow warm air....not a great experience so far.

Best experience I have had. Everything was well explained to me and we discussed the best options to take. Would absolutely recommend for all HVAC needs!

Did a great job cleaning my system and ensuring it is working at its best capacity. Gave me price estimate for duct cleaning and minor compositor replacement with a protector. Both were reasonable to replace.

Steve came time my house to fix my ac. He was kind and professional. He got right on it had my house cold in no time. If ever I need someone to work on my ac again, please, send Steve. I really appreciated the job he did, and he explained to me what he did. They don't get any better than Steve! Thank you!!

Jacob was fantastic. Within 15 minutes of calling on time experts regarding a plumbing issue Jacob called to let me know he would be at the house in an hour. He walked me through the entire process and made everything quick and easy. Fantastic work and customer service.

Harold, the HVAC tech, performed a thorough cleaning of my HVAC system and took the time to explain how the system worked. He was very professional, on time , and most of all communicated very well and was not pushy on any recommend services. Would recommend to anyone looking for a local HVAC company that truly is looking out for their customers.

Wade arrived “on time,” and thoroughly explained the process of his visit. He was professional & personable. Wade also answered my questions and addressed my concerns, so that moving forward I have a better understanding of what to expect from my system. Outstanding!!

I needed to have an exterior faucet/spigot replaced because it was leaking. Luis arrived within the time scheduled. He assessed the situation and provided me with an estimate for the work. Once I approved the work to be done, he completed the work in a timely fashion, explained to me what he repaired, cleaned up the work area, and had me approve payment for the service provided. He was polite, professional, and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service On-Time Experts provides and highly recommend them for plumbing and HVAC services.

Jacob was absolutley amazing. Top notch customer service skills. He quickly diagnosed problems with my system and offered quick solutions that didn't break the bank. This is my first experience with On Time Experts and I can with certainty say I will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

I had a serious leak at my house and they were able to come out the same day and stop the issue. Came back the next day to survey and replace all of the worn out plumbing, whole process only took a couple of days for a pretty serious job, Keelan and Aubrey were awesome, they did an amazing job, finished quickly, and were very nice people. I have no complaints and would definitely use them again.

Nick and Javier came out on my maitance call. I've lived in the house for over 4 years and it was past time to get my unit looked at. They were both professional and friendly, I was called that they were 30 minutes out and on there way which is helpful when you have a important appointment for your house. They introduced themselves and explained the process and would keep me updated on every step. I was impressed with their knowledge and explanations. It's a little tight at the moment so I needed every issue explained and cost. It was done with great customer service and understanding. I knew there might be some issues with my unit and they covered them as they came and gave me the detailed work they they were doing. They gave me pros and cons of repairs vs waiting. I asked questions and they answered them. They cleaned blower fan and coils in the furnace and added freon and replace a capacitor wich gave me piece of mind since I was a first time home owner. So if you have issues or want to get you system looked at I would advise you to call On Time experts and ask for Nick and Javier, you won't be disappointed.
