Brody from the On Time Experts did a great job on the HVAC system maintenance in my house. He came on time as scheduled and was very courteous. He first went over with me on what he would do and how long it would take and got my permission to proceed. Then he went to the attic and started working. When he came down, he showed me pictures of what he found on the system and explained to me clearly what the problem and potential problems might be and what my options to fix the problem or to prevent the problem from happening. After I chose the option, he went up to the attic and fixed the problem. He did the same thing to my AC unit outside the house as well. I really appreciate Brody's professionalism and expertise. I highly recommend the On Time Experts for fixing any issues you may have with your HVAC system.

Fixed my Contactor and Capacitor and got my unit up and running and made sure both units are working efficiently. He was really nice and kind to me. I want him to keep doing my maintenances for me! We had an issue with our heating system. We weren’t sure if it was just really cold or there was a problem with it. We called and got the AI assistant. But, a real person called us right back.

Brody was in the area. Despite it being on a Saturday and getting late he showed up. He explained what was going on with our system and gave us a check up. All was good.

I felt really comfortable with Brody. He was honest, offered us a newer thermostat that had emergency heating and WiFi. It was just a little out of our price range at the moment.

I would definitely call On Time again and will recommend them to everyone I can. Hopefully Brody is our technician. Very professional and polite. He was honest with the prices and upfront on everything. A great ambassador of the company.

Jacob Smith, Field Manager with On Time Experts came to check on my toilet that has not been flushing properly for quite a while. I believe, keeping my fingers crossed, that this will be the last time I will need to call about this issue.

Jacob was very professional share with me the problem. Patient with my grandkids around and maybe feel like it was no problem. Very friendly and told me what I can do in the future. Yes, I will recommend their services to others. He made me feel comfortable with my decisions. Jacob made sure everything was cleaned up and neat.

Javier Castro was our service technician today. Never have we had a nicer more professional tech help us with our maintenance. He explained everything to us about what we need and I trust him completely. He was extremely thorough and took us thru every step.

We do everything thru you guys and we always have great service techs, but Javier stood out. We will buy the upgrades after my hip surgery but he worked with us to figure out the best way for “us” to go forward.

This was our second experience with On Time Experts, for semiannual maintenance. Once again customer service was stellar, “through the roof”. It was nice of them to reach out before the winter storm to make sure everything was up and running properly with our system. Our technician, Javier C, was very thorough and kept me updated and educated every step of the way. You can really tell that this company invests in their employee’s training and that really is a plus for me. I am a stickler for above and beyond customer service. And it is a plus to have a knowledgeable technician. The work that needed to be completed was not forced upon, but rather a conversation as to the pros and cons of my choice. There were video and pictures taken of everything single thing that was inspected which really put my mind at ease. Every question I had was answered. had an emergency after-hours situation and OneTime Experts absolutely delivered. I called after 5pm, fully expecting to wait until the next day, but they had a technician at my door in less than three hours. That alone was impressive — but the real standout was Jacob.

We had a regular maintainance from On Time Experts service today.
We had some issuses on AC unit. Our tecnician(Nick Bailey) is very nice and professional. He also explained this and that. I'm very happy with his service and this company.

Had a sink drainage leak. They came the next day, crawled under the house to see all the issues. We are set to replace old leaky pipes with brand new PVC pipe. Probably take a day! We are happy with Raime. He took pictures, showed me, sent them to me. He made my house and my life much better!! On Time Experts are the absolute best!

I called for simple maintenance but a major problem was discovered. Tay was calm and amazing at finding ways to work with me as well as doing a great job with showing me the problem and how things can and will be corrected. Marco came in, cleaned and worked on my ac while walking me through everything.
I need to also thank their boss, Josh. He was above and beyond in working with me and making sure I was giving great service. It was awesome to see a manager treat a customer like they actually matter. I cannot thank all three of these guys enough. Their service says EVERYTHING about this company.

Pape was so kind. My doorbell had gone out, and he called me to confirm if anyone was home before driving off. This action saved me from having to make another appointment. He was efficient and explained every step with photos. He reassured me that my system was running well, and recommended a service to optimize performance as we prepare for the Summer heat. I really appreciated his patience and thoroughness.

Yordi was friendly, professional and always kept me informed on what he was working on.
Replacement filters and algae prevent strips always feel like they have huge markups. I have come to expect at least a $500 minimum billing every time techs come out. This past bill was roughly $1,100 due to additional labor costs for a warranty covered motor replacement.

Keith was my technician today, he was so pleasant and took time to go over every detail prior to starting the maintenance work. He kept me informed every step of the way making sure I was well informed. I had to have a part replaced and I’m glad it was a minor fix. I appreciate his kindness and professional service, overall a very good experience.

Our service from Xavier was five stars all of the way. He explained everything he was doing and shared pictures and videos of everything he had found. Was very thorough and meticulous for each of our three HVAC units. We did have him replace a couple of fan capacitors after he had taken the output readings and confirmed they were likely to fail . Overall a very good first experience with On Time Experts

We had a 2 a.m. plumbing emergency and Mr. Luis was dispatched in less than 13 hours. He is vey kind and polite, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. He explained the issue and answered all of our questions. Great to have someone who is so knowledgeable! It’s really nice to see excellent customer service these days.
