Ray is a Godsend. He was courteous, professional, and a ray of light. He took the time to explain everything with my unit which was tremendously helpful & has a very positive attitude.

This is an excellent company. I found them through my home warranty service and they are now my primary AC/Heating service. They are all incredibly professional, skilled, and affordable. Nothing is done without your approval. Everything is communicated diligently. The technicians are all kind and take the time to explain the problems and offer multiple solutions. They work with home warranty companies as well to get service at better prices due to coverage. Financing is easy and flexible. A huge bonus is that the owner goes into the field and does the work too. I had a problem and he was out next day personally to resolve it. I'm a lifetime customer and I've had my fair share of A/C companies. None compare to Efficiency Experts. They are truly excellent.

Got a new AC installed and new thermostat. They went above and beyond. On time for appointment and very professional. We would definitely recommend them.

This company came out and indicated that our coils have damage to them that is not normal wear and tear. So now warranty company believes that coils do not get normal wear and tear damage on an outdoor condenser unit and somehow we are the cause of it when we have owned this home for two years and the system is 20+ years old.

Normal wear and tear does happen on condenser coils especially on an aged unit such as corrosion, fin deteriorating, pitting, vibration wear, and thermal fatigue.

Even with perfect maintenance coils do have a lifespan. Thanks for nothing.

RAY, the technician was very helpful. Pleasant to work with and knowledgeable about the service that I needed for my air conditioner unit. His work was clean and he was very thorough in explaining what he did and how to take care of the unit going forward. I would highly recommend your company and write to anyone who needs work on their unit.

4/22–Efficiency Experts was recommended to me by my homeowner’s insurance company. I put the request in on a Monday night, and Ray (my technician) was here by 2pm the next afternoon. He was personable, understanding, knowledgeable, and helpful! I’ve had other contractors recommended/ and come out from my homeowner’s insurance company and they’ve ALL told me the same thing. Ray with EEAC told me something VERY different that made ABSOLUTELY SENSE! He didn’t play on my ignorance of air conditioning and I TRULY APPRECIATE THAT! (Will update once service is complete).

Ivan was a good service technician. He was expedient and thorough with doing his work. He showed up in a timely manner as well.

Had a brand new AC installed. This company did an amazing job! The owner and employees took great care of me and my house and were honest and professional. I would recommend 10/10. They also provided options for those who can’t pay full amount upfront.

This is a fraudulent company. They came to my house to repair my air conditioner, claiming they replaced the control circuit board, but they didn't actually replace it at all. They also defrauded the insurance company.

We have been using Efficiency Experts Air Conditioning for years and have been very pleased with them. They are always very responsive and Todd goes above and beyond, not just to solve the problem, but to educate us and their pricing is fair and reasonable. I’ve referred them to several others and they’ve also had a great experience. I highly recommend them for service or new system installation!

Love this Company. Staff is always on time and very professional. We bought and installed our home complete A/C system with Efficiency Experts a few years back. Couldn’t be any happier. This company is a scam. This company engages in business-to-business transactions, yet reportedly disregards the seller's stated return policies. They then criticize the seller publicly, seemingly due to a lack of technical understanding regarding automotive lighting. I recommend avoiding this company.

We found this company from a home repair service call they provided. Their technician was extremely friendly, very knowledgeable, and professional. On that we decided to keep our service receipt and call them back when it was time to change our whole home heat and air. From the beginning the owner Todd and his whole team projected kind friendly services, extremely technical and capable teams, and fair clear, upfront pricing and details. They walked us through each part of the process, even real questions to ask other bidders in our quotation process. In the end they came out on top, no surprise there! Pricing, warranty, timeline, installation details, the works! All up front, honest and true down to the last detail. It's rare to have a company focus on the solution, what we needed, and how to fit all of that in our budget in today's market. Ray came out and went above and beyond with educating me what the issue was, what was causing it, and the solution. He also educated me on how to clean my ac units to maintain them longer. I just received a wealth of knowledge today!!! I would definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for any future ac issues.

Todd and his group have been amazing. His company has come out over the years to do the checks on my parent’s A/C and heater in the spring and fall. Early this year it was time to get the A/C checked. Todd let my mother know that he could fix the unit enough for it to last a little longer; however, it was time to get a new unit. He presented two options, explained the differences between the two and took time enough for me to ask questions too so I could assist with helping my mother decide.
I appreciate him having great customer service, being patient and being consistent. I highly recommend giving him a call if you need service on you A/C or heater.

Update: I spoke with the owner and he is investigating the issues. Accountability is all I wanted to see.

Where do I start…American home shield had this company come out to check my a/c units. I actually worked in hvac for 4 years, just a note for what I’m getting into.
So the tech, IVAN, comes out and I let him do his thing. He is up in the attic for about 10 minutes. Comes down and says “oh your coil is out, I turned that system off, don’t turn it on”
He proceeds to write up an estimate of an upward of $8000 for a new coil and unit and urges me that I need to get it done right away and that with out it my electric bill will skyrocket from only one unit running.
He was very persistent. I told him I’d let him know. I actually had my buddy come out because I didn’t trust American home shield sending this company out.
Efficiency expert tech didn’t even break the seal on the upstairs unit to get to even look at the coil. It was all a lie. My guy fixed the electric box outside and everything is working absolutely perfect. $300 out of pocket.

Todd and his company did a Great job installing my new HVAC system in a timely manner. The customer service and experiences was great.

RAY has been out to our house 4+ times now over the last year as he is doing all he can to help us out with our older upstairs A/C unit. He's professional, conversational, and knowledgeable. Always explains all options and ensures we understand those options. We appreciate him and his dedication on helping us keep a COOL house. My furnace was being pesky to start 2026, it went out on New Year’s Eve, I put in a request through AHS and Ray came out but it started working on its own. Ray didn’t charge me a dime on that occasion. Then right before the freeze it went out again! Ray came out a couple more times and it’s finally working good as new! I appreciate the honest and quality work provided by Ray and the team at Efficiency Experts!

I recently submitted a service request through American Home Shield (AHS) after noticing that my AC unit was no longer cooling. Based on past experience, I suspected a refrigerant leak, though I didn’t mention this to the technician upfront.

The technician quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed coil. This wasn’t a surprise—I had a similar issue 13 years ago, just five months after building my home, when the builder had to repair the coil due to a leak.

Efficiency Experts provided a quote for replacing both the outside unit and the coil. From start to finish, their customer service was excellent—responsive, clear, and very professional.

The installation team consisted of three technicians, all of whom were outstanding. They arrived around 8:00 a.m. and got straight to work. Despite the scope of the job, they worked efficiently and quietly—aside from the occasional drilling, you wouldn’t have known they were there. I've found that installations can sometimes be where things fall apart due to subcontractors or rushed work, but that wasn’t the case here. These guys were knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to explain everything.

Once the job was complete, the lead installer gave me a full walkthrough—first in the attic and then outside—to show me exactly what was done and to answer all my questions.

I’m very happy with my purchase, and considering the cost, I feel confident that I made the right decision. The quality of service and professionalism throughout the process exceeded my expectations.
