Your technician was straightforward and honest about the heater problem, and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies that provided estimates. I would recommend their services!

They were expedient, however, they charged me 2-3 times more than other companies, for coolant for my ac unit!!! I believe they feel they can take advantage of people. They charged me 600$ for what most companies would charge 200-300$. Please reconsider using this company. I was also over quoted for new ac units, which others are charging 8k less!!!! Please be careful!!

What a smooth experience I had with NBL after my AC went out. Alberto came over and was very professional, gave me my options and did not try to oversell especially since my home was over 20 years old. The installers did a great job from start to finish. They even fixed my air flow problem in one of the bedroom that no one else seems to have a clue on what the problem was.Everything was cleaned up afterwards and now I have working ACs. Also their customer service is top notch, they are very prompt with getting back to me when I have any issues. Will most likely use them again . I highly recommend them.

I needed to have my AC System to be checked and get an estimate for replacing it. I received my technician appointment scheduled on the same date I called. The technician Bruno was very tactful and polite. He gave a full diagnostics and recommendations. His visit was followed up with estimate. It was a pleasant experience and I felt like I was working with professionals.

I'm reserving a star for any possible follow up support. The team did a great job installing my new system. They were courteous and worked quickly. They do work with you on pricing.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They are deceptive and trying to get away with crazy pricing thinking I would not know anything about HVAC, which I don’t but I have my own guy. The only thing I did not use my guy first was because it was far for him. The unit is fairly new (~5 yo). They quoted me $3800 for a furnace replacement which nothing wrong with it and lying about broken zone control circuit board that is recently replaced. I would stay far away from this company, especially if you don’t know much about HVAC.

Replying to the owner reply: there was no previous issue beside replacing a circuit board for few hundred dollars and maintenance service fee plus freon. That’s it! So does this mean you trying to fish for information from tenant so you would know what to tack on for more money?

Thermostat wasn’t working and the house was getting cold. Larry came to my house within 2 hours of my call and trouble shot the problem using the control head of the working thermostat (separate system).

NBL has been absolutely wonderful to work with ever since they installed my new A/C unit in 2022. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work have been consistent every step of the way. Most recently, Bruno, Jimmy, and their team installed new air ducts, along with a soft start and power surge protector for my system, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They work with you on pricing and always make fair deals.

I truly appreciate the level of care and service NBL provides and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that stands by their work and values their customers.

NBL just replaced a valve on our brand new HVAC system; the original company we hired couldn't figure out why the system kept freezing. The HVAC tech they sent immediately knew the issue (manufacturer's defect) and they got it fixed the next day. Larry was the person who fixed the issue itself and he was very friendly, polite, and efficient.

The -1 star is because their labor pricing is expensive compared to other companies. Also, they quoted me on replacing 15 ducts when 2 other companies came out after them and confirmed there were only 10. We ended up going with a different company for duct replacement because they were less than half of NBL's price.

They did an excellent job though, if you need something done ASAP and that is more important than price, consider them. Otherwise, shop around before big purchases like duct replacement.
