Just moved into the new house and wanted to make sure my AC system was working efficiently. After a recommendation through my thermostat app I called NBL and they came out very next day. Larry and Hector were very respectful and made sure I understood exactly what they were checking for and updated me on the quality of my system. True professionals. Highly recommend!

After listed my information on Angie’s list, NBL was the first to call me and send someone to my home with the next hour. Ariel? The technician, showed up and was very friendly asking about my heating issue. After explaining to him the problem, he went to the attic and took the time show me why the heater was not working. He then took me through my options. He explained with the big freeze on they we pretty booked up but they happen to have had a cancellation thsy day and felt the guys could get it in before the end of the day. As promised Larry, our technician, and his sidekick Edwin, arrived on time. They completed the job effortlessly -- well within the estimated time frame. Larry was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He offered to come back out if anything didn't work out during the freeze. It felt so good to hear the heater cut on and feel the warmth begin to feel the house again. We will definitely be using this company again. NBL earned my future work and will definitely get referred by me. Thank again!

It was truly a pleasure to deal with NBL, they provided me with a lot of good information about my system and what the choices were in order for me to make the right decision for
my AC repair. This was something that already set NBL apart from other companies that did not provide me information and just wanted to push the highest price parts.
Alberto, Candy, Nadia and crew were very professional and polite people, they went above and beyond to meet my expectations and they had the best price from the competition.

David from NBL came out on short notice to fix our AC unit. He came within an hour. The capacitor died and David explained it well, showed us the voltage measurements. We had him replace the capacitors on both of our units when the other was also shown to be low. Price was $500 for parts and labor. He did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. Would recommend NBL! Note to NBL: David should get a raise, he's a great employee!

NBL is by far the best AC company out there! They are always super professional and friendly and provide fair and reasonable quotes! Our AC recently went out and they were able to come out a few hours later and fixed the issue! If you are looking for the best AC company in Houston, look no further!

Had our air ducts replaced this week and they did an amazing job. Very friendly, quick and answered any questions I had. Gave us a great deal, lower than many others we had come out and give us a quote. Alberto came and gave the quote and he was super nice and friendly. Our house has never been as cool as it is now! This is the second time I have used NBL's services. The first time was in the dead-of-summer. My Central Air capacitor needed to be replaced. Recently my furnace had an error code.

Both times they provided timely, efficient, reasonable priced and friendly professional service. In fact, I called two other HVAC companies, they all give 4-7 hour wait time for HVAC service. NBL got to my house, diagnosed the issue, fixed the issue before either of the other HVAC companies were available.

Do yourself a favor and call these guys for your HVAC needs.

Bruno was very good at explaining what was wrong and what I needed to get my heater running. Gave me a quote, went and got the part came back and fixed it. He was exceptionally good at his job and courteous.

I recommend this business to anyone who needs AC\heating repair or installation. The owner responds promptly to phone calls as well as texts. NBL takes care of business per the customers needs. I have always been well treated since installation in 2020. If I had an issue, they were there to answer the call! Just had another vent and duct installed (at no charge) as the air flow in the living room was not good with only one vent. The air flow now with two vents is awesome! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

NBL was paid to fix a leak in my home. They did not fix the leak, they only diverted the leak to make it a plumbing issue vs a AC issue. This is unethical and terrible. At any rate, a customer who has done business with them in the past and spend of $13,000 dollars, they should not just say the problem they cant fix. They took advantage of a woman, who did know they ac business.

As an award winning business owner, I am in the business of satisfying my customers. They are not. I will be reporting the to the Better Business Bureau and legal actions will be taken.

The unit they installed 2 years ago was never maintained by them and installed improperly. The unit is crooked. They should contact their customers to maintain the units, they did not. Thus the unit created multiple leaks in my home.

They came to fix the leaks, and did nothing but stole money from me. I called them to fix a leak in the upstairs unit, not the downstairs unit. The ran ducts from the down stairs unit, they took a cap of the pluming pipe so the ac would run and the leak was diverted. They have stole $6,000 dollars from me and Now I have damages of about $25000 in my home.

They are in the reviews lying about work, they are terrible. But they will be taken care of.

Contracted NBL for an inspection and maintenance task on my gas heater and air-conditioning. They replaced the filters and cleaned the compressors outside from grass clippings.
On further inspection, the plenums were mouldy - a design problem with the insulation inside. Larry and Bruno replaced both plenums, one drip tray which was corroded and completed the insulation that was poorly done on the refrigerant pipework.
They added UV lights in each plenum to prevent mould build up in the future.
They worked through the afternoon into the early evening to complete the job. They laid protection for the flooring in the house and were very professional.
Much appreciated.

NBL -Air Conditioning & Heating showed up quickly to estimate project (same day as call). They scheduled the install within 72 hours. The install is was completed in one day. The crew worked diligently and cleaned up the area after completion. The company followed up the next day with a phone call to check on status and satisfaction! Great customer service!

NBL was the right company to go with. After getting 3 different quotes for my air ducts, they gave me a reasonable price and fair plus they gave me a free UV light! Would definitely recommend them!

I definitely recommend this company , I have had bad experience with others. Apportionment was easy and quick. They got here on time and fixed my heater , left it with no issues. It has been working perfectly since thanks to Bruno he’s an amazing tech !

Paid them to install two units. Both units have been leaking and have destroyed my INTERIOR OF MY HOME. They are scammers. They will do the work, break it more, the sale you more things to make more money.

MOLD AND MILDEW caused by their horrible job and the refuse to fix it.

Appointment was fast and the technician was nice and informative. Price to clean my drain pan and clear a clog was very reasonable compared to other companies that I had come out. Thanks again!

Outside fan would not start Larry the technician came out found the main problem which led to another problem and to another and another, Larry kept me informed on what was happening and the costs of the repairs, no high pressure on what I should do.

Received verbal quote from Ariel (registered owner per BBB) on 10/17/22 after inspection. Agreed to quote, but asked for a formal quote to support damages and work scope. Spoke with Alberto 10/18/22 to be advised that Ariel's quote will not be honored as it should have been 33% higher. I pushed back on the change of pricing and was given un-availability of parts which Ariel had already advised was 5-10 business out. Texted Ariel for further explanation but he has remained silent and has not responded as this writing.

Alberto cancelled their quote, parts order and the proposed repair job. Very deceptive and unprofessional company.
