The technician came by to take a look at our malfunctioning thermostat. He fixed hat through troubleshooting our system and fixed it right up. He informed us about our system and how we should properly maintain it every season you sure everything runs smoothly. He did an excellent job.

I have worked with NBL Air Conditioning & Heating for a few years now but this time around they really show how dedicated they are to their customers.

From the beginning, Bruno took his time to explain the issues with my old system, recommending the parts that need to be replaced, mostly the compressor but also provided alternatives. There were challenges to getting the parts but they were finding alternatives to ensure my a/c systems work perfectly well for the summer.

After sometime, the only alternative I could choose is a new entire system. Between Bruno taking his time explaining what the team can do and the front office ladies, Janet and Maria, providing the best solution for my home. Their patience with me trying to financially options I can afford the system, said much about how they want to work with the customer and provide not just great service but have the customer choose the option that worked best for them. They were even suggesting to call other companies so I can feel comfortable with my decisions. At the end I had the team install a complete new unit, furnace, condenser and air ducts at a fair and reasonable price.

The entire hard-working crew completed the project in one day. Very respectful and efficient. The representatives, the crew, their upfront pricing and customer service is what brings me back to working with them.

Dishonest and unprofessional. My unit was working before they came. I'm a tenant, my landlord requested a technician to fix our heater. My unit worked fine before the guy came, he provided a bogus quote stating "the unit didn’t turn on." It did before you got here! The only problem was the heater not kicking on, air was blowing just fine until you came. You would have gained a customer for life if you had just been honest, another gentleman from a different company came out and charged $200 for what you were trying to get $3800 for. He will have customers for LIFE! You should be ashamed, people work hard for their money, meanwhile you're robbing people with your deceptive lies and Greed and right before Christmas! What happened to being honorable, building a reputable business, and overall integrity. Run far from this "business". "Excellence" carries a standard, try and build that, before trying to line your pockets.

Bad service, expensive and does not know what he is doing.

After the power outages, my heater wasn't working in below freezing/ close to freezing temperatures and they answered the call and fixed the problem within 6 hrs!!

Always dependable. He will be there day or night. Will be completely honest with you about your AC/ refrigeration issues and never over charge you!! I wouldn’t depend on anyone else.

Douglas was a breath of fresh air...(no pun intended) Not only is he a good honest guy, hes passionate and knowledgeable about his work...Explains problems and resolutions with pictures so we sonewhat understand....He is fair in cost and goes the EXTRA mile...I have recommended him to family and friends, who agree his service is by far the best we've come across in a while, and he follows-up on jobs to be sure everything is as it should be. Who REALLY does that anymore? ..A rare find . We wish we had someone who does business like him to work on our roof....nontetheless...

Doug is a very honest business man. Another company was going to charge my elderly parents triple what Doug diagnosed as a fairly simple repair. We will definitely call TXRACS for any future hvac needs.

I would whole-heartedly recommend Texas Refrigeration and A/C Services LLC. to anyone who needs home A/C service. Of course my A/C decided to check out in the hottest part of August in Houston. I was without A/C less than 12 hours from call to completion. Their service call came immediately, was professional and patient with some oddities with my system, and I was back in the cool air in less than 2 hours after having to almost rebuild the outside unit. I can't thank them enough for their of "above and beyond" service. 5 out of 5 stars!

Our AC was out for almost 2 weeks. My husband was going round and round with the AC company that we purchased our unit from, as well as our home warranty company, both in which didn’t seem to have any sense of urgency about our house being 87 degrees! One was claiming that they didn’t have any available techs to come out until the end of the month (which would’ve put us at 3 weeks with no AC), and the other was claiming issues with getting the part. Out of desperation, I posted a request for help on our neighborhood Facebook page and Doug responded almost immediately! He came out the next day, got us the part we needed and had his guys out to fix it within 24 hours. I was truly impressed with Dougs compassion and willingness to help. He proved that he truly cares about “people” and that is not easy to find these days. I’d say if you choose any other service than his, you’re crazy. This guy will truly take care of you!

I called them because I needed a new company. WOW! What an experience! Doug showed up within hours and fixed my problem within 15 minutes! I called Sunday (parts places closed, not an issue), and he was out on Monday early morning. Instead of the regular garbage about needing a new fan motor or other part, he diagnosed the problem as a clogged pan in the attic within minutes. He was dressed professionally and fixed my clogged pan in minutes. Not only that, he showed me how to maintain it myself.
I will recommend Doug and his company to all my friends and coworkers from now on. Anyone who reads this? What are you waiting on? Dk you WANT to be overcharged for parts you don’t need???
