Within minutes he came down, took me into the attic, and showed me a problem. He fixed the issue while I watched and explained the difference in filters, thermostats, what to set the thermostats on when no one is home during the day, etc. He charged me the same price he told me over the phone. When finished, he continued to educate me on different components for HVAC but he never tried to sell me anything. He gave some suggestions and gave me what I thought were honest answers as to whether or not the suggestion would save me money and be worth the expense. When I need HVAC work again, I will definitely call Absolute Air & Refrigeration.
