Honest down to earth people who really know their stuff. They explained complex plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues we were having in very simple terms and was able to provide quick solutions. Pricing is fair compared to other companies in the area I called. I liked that they showed up at the time they gave me, were very courteous, and worked fast to fix all the issues I was having. I am definitely keeping their number saved!

These people are wonderful to work with. They did a great job with our parking lot lighting system and I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of one of the services that they provide. Paul was very pleasant to work with and was very interested in making sure that we are happy with the work they did for us.

I don't typically rely on reviews to validate a bad gut feeling, but after reading Tim R's experience just two weeks ago, I realized mine followed a very similar path. I reached out to Air Innovations on Tuesday through the "Text us" feature on their website. I received a quick initial response, shared my information, and was told I would get a follow up after checking with dispatch. So far, things seemed promising.

However, four days went by with no follow-up. I sent another text to check-in - this time, no response. Assuming that they are super busy and things can fall through the cracks, I decided to call. I had to repeat all my details, which I expected, but what stood out was the lack of interest in looking into my earlier communication. No attempt to trace what had happened.
I was trying to schedule a new HVAC installation consolation, and while given an appointment date right away (called Friday, offered Monday), I wasn't provided a reasonable time window. I was told that I would have to call back the day of to get a more specific timeframe. When I asked about narrowing the window, the tone on the phone felt dismissive and with some sassiness, and it made me rethink whether I wanted to move forward.

For context, this company installed the original HVAC system in my home. During various routine maintenance visits over the years, I’ve received feedback from other professionals noting several installation issues (including the presence of mold, attached image). While I can’t independently verify all of that, it’s worth mentioning.

Reading through reviews on other platforms like Yelp, I noticed recurring patterns in customer service concerns. My intention isn’t to be overly critical, but to share an honest experience. I ultimately chose not to proceed with Air Innovations LLC, based on the difficulty in communication and the overall impression I received during what should have been a straightforward scheduling process.

I moved into a newly built home in early 2024 that came equipped with a brand new Lennox system installed by Air Innovations, including:

+(2) Lennox ML18XC2-024-230 air conditioning units
+(2) Lennox ML296UHV furnaces
+(2) Lennox iComfort M30 smart thermostats

From the beginning, I experienced serious issues with the thermostats. The A/C continued running regardless of the set temperature, and the thermostats displayed incorrect readings — sometimes showing 76°F when the actual temperature inside was closer to 66°F.

Through my home warranty, I had Air Innovations come out to inspect the system. They replaced both thermostats, but the problems persisted. Nearly a year later, under my builder’s 1-year warranty, I reported the ongoing thermostat issues again.

A technician came out and — without my approval — replaced one of my iComfort M30 smart thermostats with a significantly cheaper ComfortSense 7500, which lacked Wi-Fi, mobile control, and all the smart features I originally had. The technician presented it as a like-for-like swap when, in reality, it was a major downgrade — literally half the price and functionality. I ended up with two different thermostats on separate floors and ongoing system errors.

After I raised concerns, Air Innovations called me, took accountability for the mistake, and scheduled a follow-up visit to reinstall the correct thermostat. The owner personally reached out and gave me his direct cell phone number in case I experienced further issues. I would caution others to stay engaged during service to avoid similar problems.

Travis and Q are outstanding. They diagnosed my whole house dehumidifier as bad, and ordered me a new unit to replace the old one. They came to install the new one today. They are excellent at their job and really wonderful people. A+

We have been with Air Innovations for 8 years, always receiving good service. The most recent maintenance check was completed by Jacob. He called in advance to let us know when he would arrive, worked efficiently, and was polite and pleasant.

My technician Jacob was excellent He gets 5 stars. He took the time to explain what was going on with my HVAC and how he planned to correct it and show me pictures of his work. Overall I couldn’t give them 5 stars because when I called to schedule the appointment, the young lady only quoted the price of the service and never mentioned a dispatch fee which I wasn’t expecting. Overall, I would definitely use them again and would refer them to other people.

They were professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, performed a thorough inspection, and ensured our system is running smoothly. I wanted to express that Benjamin was a blessing. He came here, listened to my issues and immediately addressed them. I’ve had issues with humidity and not cooling the air. He fixed everything on the spot and was amazingly professional. If I have any future concerns I will ask for him by name. He was the most respectful man and made sure that I had all my concerns dealt with before he left. He even went so far as to bring in my garage bin from the street before he left. He is a true gem!

Abran was our technician for an emergency outage of our air conditioning system. He identified the issue with the newly installed soft start kit on our outside unit and repaired it quickly. The unit was up and running within 30 minutes of his arrival, in spite of a short rain delay. Super helpful and nice person, very easy to work with.

I have used Air Innovations for the last 8 years to service my home AC and Heating and have been beyond please with the customer service they provide. Their techs are knowledgeable and provide an extra effort to resolve issues and make you aware of potential issues that may cost you in the long run. Recently, I had my AC unit replaced unexpectedly and they made all efforts to have it replaced in an expedited manner and treated me as a loyal customer on pricing. If you need help with you heating and cooling, this company knows what they are doing!

Amazing service all around. Michelle M. helped set up the service call for me. She was very sweet and helpful. Our technician was Chris who was extremely patient and kind with my dad. He explained everything perfectly for him to understand.

We've had companies telling us we needed a new $18,000 AC unit. Air innovations was transparent and honest. We didn't need a new unit. The technician Ross did our HVAC tuneup, told us what we really needed. I appreciate your service, I will be recommending you guys 😉

I appreciated that they responded the day I called. I called Monday around 7am and the unit was repaired by Wednesday around 11am. The technicians were also courteous. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that they left a bit of a mess below my attic access, and the office was not able to give me a time frame on arrival. I had to just plan to be home all day.

The initial contact via customer service could be better, I had to call 4 times to get someone with sense of urgency. They fixed the problem and but it took 2 days to get the part and return. Kris, the technician, was nice and polite.
