We have used Absolute Air for both our home and business since 2013. If you are looking for an HONEST heating and air conditioning company, this is THE one. The response time has always been amazing and they have always been able to accommodate our personal schedule. They will even text you when they are on their way so you don't get a four hour window for service. They are very reasonable in cost for annual/semi-annual inspections and cleaning. They have always been responsive whenever we have had an issue with any of our 8 units across the home and business. They have even completed a temporary fix while we waited a day or so on a part so we wouldn't have to be without AC in August, in Houston! They go above and beyond and that is why we continue to use and recommend Absolute Air very highly. A++

Matt and his team are top notch and top shelf. Customer service focused, trustworthy, and capable. Never had an issue with their work or their price or their integrity in ten years. In preparation for the up coming Summer, I contacted Absolute Air Tomball to perform their biannual air condition system check and cleaning. I did not want to wait until June or July. Matt was professional, on time and thorough . He explained in detail how the smart thermostat can help keep our electric bill in check. After cleaning the unit, he also cleaned up the surrounding area. I appreciate a company that takes care of the little things. It is reassuring.

We found our HVAC speed dial for the forseeable future. Our AC went out and Matt was incredibly responsive and punctual with scheduling, diagnosing and repair of our system. During the repair process, some hurdles were encountered along the way. Despite my myriad questions, he was extremely gracious and ensured we were up and running quickly. If you're on the fence, I would absolutely recommend Absolute Air & Refrigeration.

My two AC units, 5 and 3 ton, both stopped working unexpectedly on Monday. Matt, the owner, made it a point to swing by my house that same day. He had the two new units and coils installed two days later. Matt made the process painless from beginning to end. He sold me what was needed without added pressure to buy something higher end. I appreciated that. Matt was at my home with his crew for the install. The professionalism shown by Matt and his crew I can honestly say was second to none. Besides being certified AC experts, they were neat, clean and courteous. They are people you don’t mind coming into your home. Additionally, being that my elderly mother was in the home, the crew wore masks. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgable, affordable contractor this is no doubt the company to go with.

NEED TO GET COOL FAST?
It is a wonderful thing when you call on a locally owned service company and they quickly solve your issue - Matt Bice of Absolute Air and Refrigeration is that kind of company. We called him yesterday late afternoon because our A/C went out and before 10:30 this morning, he had diagnosed and fixed our problem at a reasonable price in minutes. He is honest, knowledgeable and experienced and we feel lucky to have benefitted from his expertise. Kudos to Matt!

Matt was great to work with! Quick, efficient and got everything working properly. Takes time to answer your questions and him and his team provide quality work.

Matt is extremely personable and always professional. Year after year he comes out and services our AC whether it needs to be fixed or he’s doing a routine/annual time up. He always returns calls, messages etc. He’s a great guy and someone you can count on. He cares about his customers and is very reasonably priced. Absolute Air is the only way to go whether you have AC or HVAC questions or issues.

If I could give more stars, I would! We contacted Matt after hours on a Monday in the early evening. By Tuesday at lunchtime, we had a new evaporator coil, a cool house, and a clean attic. The price was fair, and Matt’s advice on the options we had was honest and up front. We were referred to Absolute Air by a neighbor, and we will definitely be referring them to others from now on as well. Couldn’t be happier with the service and support we received from Matt and his team.

Matt and the Absolute Air & Refrigeration team did an excellent job of replacing the unit at my mother’s house. Fast and professional. Highly recommend this team for all your HVAC needs.

Paid $3,750 to replace my evaporator coil, and within a week it started leaking. They came back and said another part needed to be replaced, but even after that, it’s still leaking. Then I was told it might be the drain pan, but the part “wasn’t available.”

I’ve tried contacting them multiple times since with no response. I dealt with Matt a few times before and he was always available to help, so I’m unsure what happened, but the lack of communication now is very frustrating.

Very disappointed and now considering filing a complaint with the BBB. Would not recommend
