Don't waste your time calling or signing up for annual service plan. Last week we had 2 issues and their customer service rep didn't know we had the annual maintenance plan. Each time we called their customer service grilled us with questions trying to delay sending a tech out for 2 days. They are slow to respond and even slower with sending someone out to address an issue. You basically have to argue with customer service to get them to send someone out same day. On Jun 6 our AC complete went out and after a lot of pushing I finally got them to send a tech out. He was good and professional and sent us a text message with a cost to repair our evap coil. We responded within a minute requesting a breakout of the costs / labor etc and on Jun 9 we still haven't heard from them. We've been in a 90 degree house all weekend and they were aware of that fact but they have chosen to not respond in a timely manner. The customer service rep on the phone is very unprofessional and they are so disorganized I will NEVER use them again!

Update: Yet another sign this company isn’t here to help. The owner responds to my review to save face at 2pm and yet no one from the company calls until 4:30pm today. Unreal! When they did call me this afternoon they had no clue what was wrong. It was literally like starting from scratch again. We did call two times today at 7:57 am and before 9 am. No call back until 4:30pm when you know the AC is out, but time to respond to 1 star reviews.

My Tech Q was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. He explained what he was doing as he went along checking and definitely got flow back in the rooms. Very happy with the end results. Definitely recommend the company and the tech!!

I have been using Air Innovation for last 5 years after I bought my current house. Their maintenance program(Diamond membership) is really good. With the membership we get a maintenance service twice a year. Knowledgeable and professional technician like Chris have kept our AC unit from failing last 5 years. Chris just serviced our unit. He was not only very professional but also very polite and on time! I highly recommend Air Innovations.

Air Innovations does a great job. They always get us on the schedule when we have an issue. Barbie on the phone and Chris as a technician are particular standouts for their service, but we have had a great experience overall.

They were professional, courteous, and explained everything clearly. They also suggested getting surge protection for the house to prevent similar issues in the future, which we really appreciated. Timely, professional, and superior customer service from the initial phone call all the way to the end of the service call. Travis and his work partner were super knowledgeable, respectful (they wore booties in the house, smiled, shook my hand upon entering and exitingmy home) and they were honest. My AC went out yesterday and I contacted out to Air Innovations since this is a new home and they installed everything on it. Just to get someone here on site to diagnose the issue the day off was $175.00 which now I know is overpriced compared to others. Nothing was able to be done today since the tech did not have the parts on hand which is understandable but I was not able to get any sort of eta from,Jessica the customer rep on if that part was on hand or when they could get a hold of said part to have someone come and fix the issue. In this weather my family and I cannot be stuck in limbo hoping for a date for said part to arrive, I would of felt more at ease if they could of given me at least a rough ETA of how long we would be without AC. Luckily another company was able to reach out to the manufacturer and get the part sent over for a prompt fix which is what Air innovations lacked a sense of care and urgency. Just didn’t feel that there was any motivation to get the part to fix the AC.

I give 4 stars due to I was quoted one price on the phone and charged a different price when technician came.

My part was under warranty therefore I feel that the labor cost should be quoted properly.

It took the technician 5 minutes to make the repair.
I am appreciative that the technician could come the same day

Taking advantage of heat!!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! These pictures are the way it was left.. after my experience I believe he left it this way on purpose to make it hotter... Tech was rude and not informative. Just wanted to charge me more money. Said he could see the leak the proceeded to explain why he needed to charge me 200 more bucks to put his meter on there and say yep its leaking. so great i need new parts.......my parts are covered under warranty, but they want 2k to fix it......ok, I understand its business and, well, that's too high for me. So when asked if they could help me order the part so i can install myself i was told "if we cant install it were not going to help order the part" The tech said those exact words!!!! Ok, so they wont help with my warranty claim. Lennox warranty specifically states they have to order it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. i will be posting on BBB as well. i felt targeted and the business practices are terrible. trying to bully people in the middle of summer, just when its the hottest one in years is despicable. 25 min an $300 later I was just appalled. I'm not even calling to resolve this issue with innovations as i was not impressed already from the receptionist when i made the call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE.

Air Innovations was spectacular from A to Z. From discussions about their different options and maintenance plans with Magen to the installation of our new 5 ton with Russ. I highly recommend Air Innovations!

Air Innovations is always ready to help. Chris arrived early. He was professional and courteous. He performed a thorough check of the system. He was very knowledgeable. He provided a resolution.

We built a home with darling homes and this was the installed for our units. Little mistake, they failed to register our units when it was supposedly their responsability to register the units and now one of the coils failed and I have to pay $12,000 to replac it due to their mistake, ridiculous when companies like this one don't honor their work.

The technician Qualin did a great job, his service is excellent and he handle the work professional. I really recommend raise for him.
