Today my heat stopped working and T&S came out right away. They fixed the issue promptly, answered my questions and explained what they did. After they left I realized I had another issue with my thermostat (the manufacturer's fault, not theirs). What did they do? They came back after their last job instead of heading home and installed a new thermostat for me. They have a loyal customer now. THANKS FOR TODAY

Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations!

I can't say enough good things about Ty, Stephanie, and their team at T&S Comfort Specialist. When our AC went out in the middle of the summer, we were stressed and worried. Not only did we need a new unit, but we also needed it fast. Ty and Stephanie went above and beyond to track down the perfect replacement unit for us, and they did it with impressive speed and dedication.

Today, Henry and William installed our new AC, and the entire process was seamless. Their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were top-notch. THEY ALMOST BURNED OUR HOUSE DOWN! These guys installed a new furnace and didn’t connect the wires properly (some were not connected at all) and it caused the breaker to constantly trip and we smelled a plastic smell when the heater turned on. We called a different company and they were shocked at the incompetence, not to mention the danger of starting a fire! The wires were melting the wire coating and the plastic in the circuit breaker. We were smelling burning wires! (See the photo)The bolts were red hot from all the electrical current that was misdirected. Do NOT trust these technicians if you want to keep your home and family safe!

Jay, Jac and Cody were our service techs. They provided great service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Great recommendations to improve the efficiency and performance of our system without sales pressure. We did upgrade with some of their recommendations. We highly recommend Blue Label for all of your AC/Heating needs.

Blue Label Services has a very fast response time. The employees are knowledgeable and the prices are fair. Hollis and Chord did an amazing job in a short amount of time....and....they were EXTREMELY nice and polite. I had questions...lots of them....Hollis and Chord patiently answered them all. Before leaving, we recapped my original issue, they showed me how they corrected it and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use this company, again. I highly recommend them. Blue Label is the only heating & cooling service that I use & recommend because their prices are fair & they care about their customers. He was able to us what the problem may have been and went right to work. Scott worked the issue and talked with me through the entire process. Fantastic service! Scott was awesome and very informative.

Not satisfied. They rep came and called me after 30 min and said my system is no good and needs replacement then submitted a quote for $17K. I asked him to give me his job report and he didn’t have it filled up. I had to follow up multiple times and after 2 days he sent me a picture of an incomplete report. Interestingly, he did not mention that my system needs to be replaced. He also didn’t tune up my system. The performance and energy consumption didn’t change. I did it myself and now it works fine.

Incredible service! Cody was a rockstar. I reached out to a few people to install new Nest Smart Thermostats in my home, and two of them told me it wasn't possible with my setup. Even after researching online, I thought it wouldn’t be feasible. Blue Label said they’d need to check it out but believed they could make it work, so I scheduled them for the next morning. Cody not only got the thermostats up and running ASAP but also discovered a crack in my heating pipe that could have leaked natural gas into my home during the colder months if left undetected. 10/10 service, and the pricing was the most reasonable I’ve ever encountered. They’re already coming back on Friday to install another thermostat and fix the vent. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with the service that I received. Scott did an amazing job when he came by to perform a tune up on my system. Was very informative and very helpful!

Blue Label Servicies provided me with the best customer service ever. The technicians are super kind and friendly and they do a wonderful job taking care of any issue your AC may have. They were available even at night time to help me with the emergency I had at that moment with the water overflowing out of the AC pan, and they came to my house the next morning to help. I would highly recommend their services. They are honest and you can trust them. I am so happy I got to meet them because now I know I can relay on them for any AC issue in the future. J is a powerhouse technician, he not only sold me the complete package for my house but he also services it. He’s very knowledgeable, punctual and a no nonsense kinda guy. Called Blue Label and they were very quick
with response and scheduling. Unfortunately the hurricane hit and we had no powers so had to reschedule. Haley reached out several times to check on us and our electrical status until we got electricity. Soon as we did, they were here to fix our problem. Different options were presented with varying price points so we could decide what worked for us. We appreciate the company being so responsive, courteous, and professional. Blue label is the best AC vendor I have had. They are always honest, fairly priced, and very knowledgeable. Cody has performed maintenance service in the past and was excellent. Recently, J diagnosed my furnace issue and was awesome. Because they are so reliable for routine maintenance, I will use them as my preferred vendor when major replacements are needed.

Blue Label did an excellent job on their recent service call! They responded via text from a website request for service in a timely fashion. When they had an opening for an earlier service time, they offered it to us. Their service technician was polite and able to quickly assess our problem. He had the necessary part on his truck and was finished in less than 30 minutes. This was our second time using Blue Label Services. They have consistently shown superb customer service and know what they are doing!
