I highly recommend Aire Serv for anyone in need of reliable AC services. The customer service is top notch. I called late afternoon after my AC went out. They were booked, but still managed to get someone out to help me. The technician , Giovanni was polite and helpful. The condenser fan motor went out, and he had a universal one in his car he was able to install right away. Prices are very reasonable, and I received a discount for being on their yearly maintenance plan.

I called Aire Serv about a possible leak in my AC line that was dripping from a pipe outside of my home. They were able to send someone out within an hour to resolve the issue. I called Airserve due to an issue with cooling needed someone asap, they were super curtious and have the tech come by within 2 hours. Joe, is the tech, also very curtious, he is new to Airserv but not to the industry, he diagnost the issue and consulted with his office superviosr and completed the job quickly my ac is back online

We have lived in Texas 10 years and have worked with 2 different HVAC service companies. Aire Serv is by far the best of them. Their service was well beyond our expectations. A great experience for our peace of mind

Extremely disappointed with Aire Serv. I called them out for an A/C not cooling. They charged a $70 service call, which was communicated and I was fine with. What they don’t tell you upfront is that the $70 gets you absolutely nothing of value.

The technician came out, looked at the unit, confirmed it wasn’t cooling (which I obviously already knew), and said it might be a leak. That’ll be another $170 for a leak test, and then they’ll come back again to give you a quote on repairs.

So your $70 "service call" is just to have someone show up and state the obvious, with no diagnostics, no real troubleshooting — just an upsell. Now you’re at $240 before they’ve done anything to actually fix the problem.

They are very deceptive and i would never call them out again and strongly suggest others stay away. There are honest HVAC companies out there, this is not one of them. You are left with the feeling that you just got scammed. Very dishonest company.

Jeff was professional and very helpful. He explained what he did, and showed me before and after pictures. I highly recommend Jeff!

AC was not blowing cold at end of July. Wife was not happy!! Called on Saturday hoping for maybe a Monday service call if we were lucky. They asked if they could come the next day… Sunday morning!! No problem! Come on over. Jeff came and spent an hour troubleshooting and handling a draining issue. Fixed the problem and was out in less than one hour. Great service.

Aire Serv is a service company that I will definitely recommend for AC Services. Tamara has such great customer service, very accommodating, responsive and does follow ups on my appointments.
I am also very impressed by the level of service I received from the technician Giovanni. He was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous and had great patience explaining to me his diagnosis of the issues I called for and how to maintain it. For the first time ever, it did not feel like a sales pitch approach, but rather trying to make sure he does everything he can to fix the issue.

We would like to thank Korey and Joe for their efforts today in cleaning our A/C ducts. They were friendly, respectful and courteous.

Steve was a to find an issue with how our furnace was wired, that no one else found. We came up with a game plan and got it sorted the next day.

Jeff with air serv was very informative, helped with many things that came up during the inspection. Would recomend using them for your a.c. and heating needs.

Steve was awesome. He came out as the after hours tech to handle our a/c drip pan filling up (we had a clog in the line and water was coming out of the secondary off the side of the house).
He was kind, courteous, personable, and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were asking too much. He is experienced and got us back up and running in no time.
