Lone Star Air did a fantastic job installing a new ac and heating unit. They did fast work and on the weekend…they couldn’t have worked with us better. Tammy in the office and the tech SAYED were great specifically. Tammy worked on several option for us and SAYED was prompt and made sure everything was working tip top and cleans before he left. The crew was amazing…they worked hard for sure!! Been a customer for over 20 years…plan on 20 more!

Had no idea I needed to do annual services on my unit. They were so kind. The technician was informative and patient. I’ve recommended them to my neighbors in the community.

I have been dealing with Lonestar AC for over 14 years. One of our units was not working properly and we were about to leave the country for 2 1/2 weeks. Tammy ( a sweetheart) worked us in and Sayad was great in getting us back up and running. He was so honest and fair. Great service and company.

Great company. Solid technician staff. Lone Star installed the A/C in my new home and I've had them come out a couple of times and they've always been fantastic—quick, efficient, reasonable. Problem always gets solved. My recent technician, Jorge, was so patient with me and explained how things function and how to care for my unit properly. I highly recommend Lone Star A/C!

Very rude technician named Ryan. Please beware. He was yelling at my mom so loud through the phone that I could hear him and he wasn’t on speaker phone. My mom is very kind and this was uncalled for. No one with respect would ever talk to a client or customer that way.

Service was fast and everyone was friendly! A/c had went out over the weekend(of course). We opted to wait until Monday for someone to come out. After getting on the schedule Monday morning a tech came by 10am the same day! Wow! George was knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem(bad capacitor). This is the same company that installed our system when the house was built and it has been perfect for almost 8yrs. This was painless! Thanks again George and staff!!

We've had two technicians come out (two different reasons) a PM visit from Brian L. And a problem with the thermostat from Jose both were really nice people and very helpful. I haven't felt pressured into something not needed or wanted best relationship to have with a HVAC company I believe! A+ from me.

Starting to wonder if Lonestar deletes their bad reviews! Had the worse encounter. Technician came out , caused water damage to my ceiling and when my wife called to report it, she was directed to some man named Ryan who thought it necessary to yell at my wife. My wife was explaining the cost for their mistake if they came out to verify the leak. He cut her off mid sentence and began yelling at her. Now, she hung up with him before I got an opportunity to speak with him directly but I will be calling to speak to management tomorrow. This is unacceptable.

Lone Star has been an Awesome company to work with, since the purchase of my home their staff and technicians have provided professional and quality service. They are always on time and go above and beyond. Thank you Lone Star for being a Great partner in my home ownership experience.

I’m terrible with names and I’m sorry the technician just left my house. I just wanted to say he was very professional and concise. Made sure if I had any questions. They were all answered.

Terry with Lone Star Air Systems was absolutely amazing. The AC system was faulty which cause several major problems within my home. Terry along with his team took charge to ensure me and my family were taken care immediately. The replacement of units, ductwork, purification system ect. were completed. Terry ensured we were comfortable, home was repaired, cleaned and returned us to better than normal air quality within our home. Chris came out on today and ensured vents were replaced and areas were cleaned. He was super professional. Thank you Terry-VP, President/Owner for assisting us fully in the replacement of our unit. We most definitely will be entrusting Lone Star Air Systems with all of our Air conditioner system needs. Big Thanks and extreme gratitude to you all.
