I have been using Aire Serv for my bi-annual HVAC and heating inspections for several years now. They have always been on-time as scheduled, professional and answer any questions I have. Today the service tech Steve did an excellent job explaining upgrading the air filtration and adding surge protection. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone wanting or requiring an outstanding HVAC company.

I’ve used AireServ in Katy for 3 decades. Cory was friendly and professional. Maintenance check on my heating unit was efficient and thorough. I paid for my maintenance plan which includes both ac and heating service. Very competitive with others I’ve seen. My heat pump unit is older and more complicated than many. They always get the job done.

They were very responsive and fast. Joe did a great job, it was a quick maintenance job and he was in and out and under 30 minutes. I'll be using Aire Serv again in the future.

Jeff came out promptly and was very friendly and professional.

After checking out my heater and assuring me it was working fine...he let me know there was quite a bit of dust accumulated in the cabinet.

He provided me a quote and we are in the process of making an appointment to have the cabinet cleaned out.

It was absolutely the best experience I had with Kristin. She was so knowledgeable and helpful. But the best part was her honesty. I didn’t need the work I thought I needed and she pointed that out. Other companies would have said nothing and replaced/repaired unnecessary things. She saved me a few thousand dollars.

Jeff came out today for a maintenance check & noticed that our heater kit wasn’t working like it should be. He took the time to figure things out and was great in communicating with me what was going on. Between him & Joe, they got things working just like it should be. We really love their service, professionalism, and their convenience. They’re the best!!

We hired Aire Serv last summer for a new A/C system when our old system broke. The new system has had no issues and they made the purchase and install super convenient and fast. I want to commend Jeff who has been our tech for the install and recent scheduled check up. He's very informative, detailed, and friendly. Would recommend if service is needed.

Steve came out and was wonderful. He was reasonable, helpful, practical, and knew his craft as he was able to figure things out within 20 mins! He was very courteous and wore shoe covers without me even having to ask! He answered questions thoroughly and thoughtfully and was highly knowledgeable.

The only thing is he charged us for a diagnostic when I thought he said he wouldn’t because the issue was caused by a soft start installation from a few weeks ago. I was able to call the office manager who understood and refunded the fee. I think maybe Steve just forgot

They came out to fix our AC a few weeks ago. Now that it’s warmer outside we started using it and have discovered we have a big leak in our ceiling that didn’t exist in the 4 years we’ve owned our home before their repair. We have been calling them for the last few (week)days since they are not open on the weekend and they will not return our calls.

We purchased a home that used this company to install our ac system. We have a unit for our upstairs and a unit for our downstairs. The 18 months we lived in the home it just seemed like the upstairs wasn't cooling as well, some rooms far warmer than others. We call another company to come take a look only to be told the downstairs ac was never filled with freon. Costed us 100s of dollars. We have had multiple part failures on both units as well costing us even more and multiple visits. I would never use them to install and in our next home I will absolutely never consider them. If your builder uses this company, beware.
