Stop your AC & Furnace search!!! These guys are the best! Communication was excellent! Their service was great! Another AC company wanted to fix parts that weren’t even broken. Jay came out, found the issue, looked up my system and ordered the part. The part was still under warranty. Talk about honest! You just don’t get great service like this these days!!! Blue Label is now my “go to!” AC service and repair company!

We’ve used Blue Label for several years now for maintenance and various AC fixes. My latest issue involved a mini split that began acting up after a few years. After several trips troubleshooting and replacing various components, them and Daikin honored their 10-yr parts and labor warranty on the mini split and replaced it with a whole new system. The new one is working like a charm. Thanks guys!

I had my 13-year-old A/C replaced by Blue Label Services earlier this year. The new evaporator coil was dripping water out of the case and Blue Label worked with the manufacturer to resolve the issue. In the end, they replaced the evaporator coil with a different design from the same manufacturer. The new coil does not leak water. Kudos to Blue Label for standing by their work and seeing this through to a good conclusion! I recommend Blue Label for HVAC work.

We are so glad we found this company. Our a/c stopped blowing cold air. Our previous company we used once before did not respond after we reached out. So we googled a/c companies and found Blue Label Services. Hailey immediately set us up with an appointment. I like their text system that confirms an appointment is set.

The technician Scott was great. He called ahead of time to let us know he was on the way. (The text system lets you know a technician is on the way as well). When he arrived he quickly knew what the issue was and had the replacement part in his truck. The job was completed in under 20 minutes. The price wasn’t a sticker shock either and he didn’t try to sell us on anything other than the reason for the initial call. He is very personable and helpful. Even gave us some tips on maintaining the a/c unit.

The morning after our appointment Scott called to make sure everything was still running nice and cool. Fantastic customer service. We will no doubt use them for any future a/c problems.
