The maintenance technician, Kris, came on time, he had a checklist for all the items he needed to go through on this preventive maintenance visit. The compressor did not have a surge protector installed, he suggested this could be a good improvement and I agreed. He installed it.

Very knowledgeable and fast work

Our AC was out for 3 days. The technician was scheduled to come out on Friday. He called and asked if I wanted him to come Thursday . I said yes!. It has been so hot. He replaced a fuse. He was a lifesaver!

What a pleasure to work with Justin this morning. Even in this record-breaking summer heat, Justin came out and completed a service call because we found a leak from our AC unit. Not only did he do the service call, he flushed our line, and performed preemptive maintenance for any future damage it may cause.

Justin Atkins came by after 8pm to look at our AC issues and hopefully fix the problem. Although he was unable to fix the problem, he helped by identifying possible solutions which did not involve his expertise. Justin is very knowledgeable and we are grateful for his dedication.

Arrived shortly after calling. Systematically determined what was wrong, locating the easiest/cheapest part to fix to get us up and running within half an hour. No replacement parts needed, so it only cost the $50 service charge.

Do not use. Had an HVAC not working, they came out and said evap coil needed to be replaced. They replaced it and the next day it wasn't working again. I called and they said they were not coming back and I needed to get someone else. The next contractor found multiple leaks in the system including the new coil they just installed. He also mentioned they cheaped out on the valves and installed incorrect ones. They are horrible. Get someone else competent
