I had an AC leak in the attic from a clogged drain in the middle of summer. Ethan is very responsive and arrived on time. Clearly explained what was wrong, fixed the issue and added a line to clean out the drain regularly for regular maintenance. Highly recommend him for any of your HVAC issues.

Ethan is great to work with. He has fixed both of my AC units over the last year. He is always prompt in coming out to service and explains the repairs so that I can understand what is being done and why.

Professional technician. Knowledgeable, punctual and honest. He came to repair as scheduled with our home warranty policy. Became apparent that it was in our best interest to replace the old AC and do it on our own. Ethan provided us with a quick and fair quote and got us installed and cool within a day of the quote. Our air conditioner went out a month ago, and this is Houston. We called at least 3 different people, and no one could get to us soon. My friend told me about Ethan of Climate Experts. She gave me the number, and I called immediately. Ethan not only responded right away, but he worked us into his busy schedule. He came and assessed the problem getting the parts we needed ASAP. A week later our other air conditioning unit went out. We called Ethan again, and he came the same day. I highly recommend this company for your air conditioning needs. I called Climate Experts Heating, Ventilation, & Air to have my AC / Heat Units looked at before an upcoming Home Sale Inspection. The care for customer and professionalism I received from Ethan was authentic and very much appreciated. Ethan took his time to ensure I completely understood, the couple issues that he found with my units. The items that were fixed on my unit, Ethan was upfront and told me they didn’t need to be replaced at this moment. But I had them replace anyway so the new owners would not have to worry. Wow!! That was refreshing to have a company come out and truly be transparent.

I wish there was a Climate Expert Heating, Ventilation & Air in the state I’m moving to. Since there is not one, the least I could do is leave a review……

Ethan is fantastic! My Ac wasn’t working properly, so I gave him a call. He came over the next day. He gave me a recommendation for what was wrong, told me to talk to the home warranty to see if I could get a better price before I made a decision. The home warranty really tried to screw me. Ethan came back, fixed what has to get fixed. Very responsive (texts me when he’s arriving, etc)

When my AC stopped blowing cold, Ethan was quick to respond and did a very thorough investigation to the root cause of the problem. After he and his team fixed the problem coil, he followed up the next day just to make sure all was staying back to normal. Great customer service all around.
