Walter is awesome! We had an AC compressor go down during Beryl and he came out the next day to replace the unit. He explained the process and why the Components failed. I've been using him since 2017. Excellent company!

When we were ready to have our A/C installed, we called Mr Cool around noon, Jose came over with a crew of 3 and they were finished within 3 hours! I called Mr. Cool air conditioning to come out to my house and service my air conditioning system, The technician arrived, and his name was Walter, arriving on time and very professional looking. He was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing, it did not take me long to know that I had called the right guy. Walter and his team are top notch! I reached out around 7:00pm on a Monday evening, and he showed up bright and early the following morning for assistance. That kind of turnaround this time of year is a hard find! Walter always does good work, with fair prices, in an efficient manner. After replacing our faulty capacitor, he even gave our unit the full lookover - cleaning things up and topping them off. I can’t recommend Mr. Cool enough!

First time I had Mr. Cool Air Conditioning for a service. Mr. Walter came in for a free estimate and I decided to move on and replace my furnace with him. Mr. Walter scheduled the replacement on a Saturday, they arrived at 8am and about 12pm they were done. Very professional, they used a carpet protector all the way from the entrance door to the attic and did not mess up with my floor and carpet. He gave me a price up front with no surprises. During the installation he mentioned that the return air box was not required and gave me a discount for not using it, this was a very honest move and I really appreciated it. I really recommend Mr. Cool Air Conditioning.

I am a new client of Mr Cool A/C. I called because my furnace was not working. Walter was at my home in less than a hour and had everything working within an hour. Walter was very professional (and nice) and reprogrammed my thermostat for me. The cost of labor and parts was very reasonable. He is definitely my new A/C guy. Would highly recommend.
