I never leave reviews for businesses, but this a great place that actually knows their stuff and is helpful. They worked with me to get my new AC system working correctly to lower the humidity in my house. Jose always was responsive to my texts and calls when I needed assistance with troubleshooting. This is a legit great business. I am a totally satisfied customer.

Walter is an old school HVAC expert who fully understands the gravity of a broken AC system in Texas. Unlike other companies who came out, he actually did the work to figure out the problem and offer me a few solutions that didn’t include needing to replace my entire system.

He showed up earlier than scheduled and then had a brand new condenser unit installed the same day. I would easily recommend Mr Cool for your emergency AC needs.

originally called for a duct cleaning and Jose Luis came for the estimate. They were really informative and professional so I decided to go through with it. I actually added some additional maintenance for our AC unit since the pricing was very reasonable. They were never pushy and they seemed very reliable. I will definitely be using them again for future AC unit service/maintenance.

I have to say That Jose was fabulous. His brother Walter was also very attention to detail. I would highly recommend them compared to others. Their pricing wasn’t the highest, But I was fair. As far as his team putting in a new install on a 3 ton carrier AC I was hoping I didn’t need one, but they were very professional.

Can’t say enough good things for Walter and his crew. Needed a new A/C and Mr. Cool arrived exactly on time, thorough with the process and didn’t try to upsell me anything. Very competitive pricing, cheapest one I found and honored the quoted price. They were able to install the unit same day and everything was up and running in less than 3 hours. It’s a shame I don’t see it quite enough but I really appreciate the shoe cover and even covering the carpet while they go thru and work in the attic. Also vacuumed and cleaned up the trash/debris after. Mr. Cool got my HVAC needs for years to come. Thanks 🙏

I had two different people come out to look at my AC, and neither of them could figure out what was wrong. Then I came across Mr. Cool AC, and from the moment I met Walter, I was impressed. He was incredibly professional and took the time to explain everything in detail. The technician who worked on the unit was great too. My AC was finally fixed, and my house is nice and cold again! Mr. Cool (Walter) was very professional. Their price was completely fair and satisfactory. Walter was clear in his explanations and his installation team was courteous. They laid down drop cloths inside and wore shoe covers. I highly recommend them.

On October 17, 2025, José and Carlos from Mr. Cooler came out to repair my AC, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. They diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood the entire process. After being without air for about three days, I was beyond grateful for how efficient, professional, and courteous they were.

Walter is a very generous guy and did a great job on my AC and was a fast resolution. I will also like to note that Dina has great customer service. Ethan is very professional and knowledgeable of all AC repairs. I have tried several companies and this is the only company to call. He is excellent at diagnosing and fixing your issues correctly.

Ethan got my A/C back up and running within a few hours. After traveling across town to get necessary parts and working on it after hours, so I didn’t go another night without. I would highly recommend him!

Ethan was very professional and was able to see us the same day. The wiring wasn't hooked up and Ethan completed the job for a reasonable rate. I recommend him if you have a commercial building.

I am so thankful that we found Climate Experts! We were having issues with our AC unit and had 2 companies come out to look at it, but no one seemed to know how to fix the issue. The home warranty company sent Ethan out and he was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He was honest, professional, and such a joy to work worth! He is the only one we will be calling for our cooling/heating needs!
