Delivery promiseds were not kept on 3 different days. I had to threaten to cancel the order before my replacement filters were finally delivered. Filters were overpriced at $100+ per filter with an additional delivery charge of $15.00 for a round trip from their shop to my house and back to their shop of approximately 5 miles.

I have used Wise Guys for a full air conditioning install and ductwork replacement on our beach house in Freeport, TX as well as checking on my parents home for what we thought was an AC issue. Josh, who was the technician that serviced my elderly parents AC was prompt, thorough in his inspection and explanation to me on what the issue was. Prices were very fair and everything was done professionally for both the full install and the most recent checkup. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again.

I called Mr. Cool and after completing a thorough inspection in a very professional manner he explained my options to resolve the problem. I decided to install a new heating unit. I am more than satisfied with the speed and excellent work done! Very professional team. I was in need of having my evaporator coil replaced. The previous company I went with their prices were outrageous. I contacted Walter, he came out and provided me with an estimate that was very reasonable, therefore I went forward with changing out the air handler as well. Jose and the team came on Wednesday, they worked very efficiently and got everything done in 3hrs. Walter arrived and ensure everything was operating correctly. I will definitely be using them for all my future AC and Heating needs and highly recommend them to anyone else who is need of AC/Heat repair.

I'm a real estate agent and I've used Walter for air conditioning inspections on at least 10 homes. During one of these inspections, Walter quoted replacement of two units out in the woodlands. Over a year later my client who purchased the home had him come out to replace both units. Walter recommended that he replaced the larger unit because it was used more and recommended that he gold off replacing the second smaller unit.

Walter and all of the Mr Cool technicians are welcome to work on my personal home even if I am not there. He is not the least expensive but his pricing is fair and the quality of his work keeps me coming back.
