Alonzo Martinez was prompt, courteous and most of all, KNOWLEDGEABLE! In my experience, it is too often that a svc maintenance call quickly turns into a sales call by the technician. Alonzo explained what was needed to keep our old units running but was realistic in terms of showing us the toll of time on these units! We developed a plan to eventually replace them, but in the meantime, his service allows us to keep them going as long as possible! Thank you, Alonzo and Cowboy Services! I will recommend them every chance I get!

Outstanding service and unmatched with regards to being KNOWLEDGEABLE. My units are 24 and 20 years old! My 20 year old unit has been problematic for years. Had all the big boy A/C Companies out and all said to scrap it, can't be fixed and offered me 4k+systems. Cowboy Service came out fixed it for fair price, found several other 'discrepancies', but acknowledged at this point to bring true was 1k+ and not worth it on an older system. Loved the value and honesty of informing me of things to watch out for and keep up with on my older systems. Can't recommend them enough!!!!

So I would like to say how asset free this whole experience is..... I'm a new home owner and new to Dallas in general. my air conditioner went out last week and I've been stressing over the financial head ache of getting this fixed. I decided to bite the bullet and get someone out to look into the issue. I googled a local company and they were able to come out on a weekend at no extra coast (already impressed) Michael came out and was so informative. He gave me some options to repair the unit but because it was so old I decided to replace it and not have to deal with this again in a few years. I was able to get it financed and installed right away. Alexandra from the office even did a follow up the next day to make sure I was satisfied with the work done and to see if I had any other questions. Thanks to everyone who helped get the job done. The technician was on time, and was very professional.

Very detailed rundown of potential issues (Furnace and AC). Ron Fixed small issues free of charge. Total bill for the two hours of work was fair. Would highly recommend using the company.

Lisa was very helpful and accommodating through the whole process. It was complicated, at least for me, and she followed through with each detail.
