Trevor was awesome! I waited for such a long time to commit to an AC company for our maintenance because I was afraid I’d run into salesmen crooks, but I’m happy to finally say we found a good honest company with Happel Mechanical!

Rick and his team at Happel Mechanical (heating and cooling) visited my home due to poor cooling from my central air conditioning unit. After a couple of options were discussed I decided to have the entire heating and cooling system replaced as my current unit was 13 years old and my furnace was likely as old as my home. We set an appointment time and date of my choosing and their team arrived promptly on that morning, laid drop clothes through out my home as needed and proceeded to work. 8 hours later the entire job was finished and functioning perfectly. In the midst of this replacement it was noted that the HVAC plenum was quite dirty and antiquated; I agreed to replacement at Rick’s suggestion- great idea as this is the time to replace the main outlet (plenum) from which all conduits branch from the main unit. I was very pleased with his teams demeanor and respect in my home and on my property from start to finish with good communication and updates throughout. Great experience and I would highly recommend their services to anyone whose standards dictate quality outcomes and fair pricing.

The Noble Air Conditioning Pros crew arrived with all the parts needed for the repair in Dallas. They didn't have to leave to go to the supply house. It saved a lot of time.

They came out and emediatly said the problem was the capacitor took 10 minutes to change it out and charged me 328 for it never looked at rest of the unit never went in side here it is a week later and my ac is down again 328 dollars for not fixing my ac..
