David is very good at what he does. Very knowledgeable about the correct ventilation and air flow throughout my house so we have a nice even airflow.

I called inquiring for a type of service outside the scope of hvac services, but nonetheless, David was very helpful in providing me information that would help lead me to a solution for my problem. I would not hesitate to come back to David when I have Hvac needs.

Always prompt return phone calls and quickly scheduling a tech to our house. The techs explain the problem found and the solution. They never rush off before making sure the problem has been fixed.

Marc was wonderful. Figured out my motor blew pretty quickly, went to warehouse and got a new one installed it in about an hour. So happy with the service.

I really recommend Domingo and Wolfgang! These guy's help and guide me through every step. They took they're time to explain every detail and had my a/c installed the next morning. Domingo aslo provided me with his contact info to check up on installation and so I can call him with any questions or concerns and he is bilingual for those who are Spanish speaking . We requested a quote for attic insulation from Efficient Home Solutions after learning from one of our neighbors that the insulation he put in his house reduced energy bills significantly. Homes in our neighborhood were built in 1980. David Rivera with Efficient came to our house and determined that the 5" of gray insulation we had in our attic was original to construction. HVAC duct work was also on the attic floor and not suspended. We also had no vent turbins for the attic. We agreed to get all three of these issues repaired. David brought a project manager (Amanda), and an insulation specialist (Mark) to a meeting with us. Two days later a team came and replaced our duct work in less than 8 hours. Next day, a team came and blew in 26" of insulation and placed 2 vent turbins on our roof. Efficient Home Solutions is exceptionally professional and time sensitive. Their price was fair and by the way, they will be our HVAC service going forward. Great Job EHS!!! Jim & Vickie Belew

Each time, the service personnel spend some time with me and I learn more and more about how to best maintain our system. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate this honest and forthright approach to doing business. There's no other company for us.

They did an amazing job installing an ac and ducts in my old house. At first we were afraid it couldn't be done and I would be stuck with window units, but they were diligent and found a work around. Now I'm no longer hot in summer or cold in winter. Thank you guys! If you need a Dallas ac repair company or a new hvac unit don't hesitate to call Efficient Home Solutions. The technician Rocky had a very customer oriented attitude and after checking my heating system I mentioned how hot my gameroom got and he said he would check my air conditioning unit to make sure the Freon level was good at no charge. This is an example of very good customer service.

I have an older system that is running well because Efficient Home Solutions has been maintaining it under their Energy Savings Agreement where they come out twice a year to check the AC and Heat. The regular maintenance is extending the life of my equipment and increasing the efficiency and comfort inside my home!

I do not have good things to say about this company. FIrst of all, I called them for service and they wanted very much for me to sign a contract, so many preventative visits, so many call outs for a set price. It didn't seem like a bad deal so I signed it. Read the fine print. Found out later that since my house has 2 AC units each preventative maintenance visit counts twice not once. So I got one year of maintenance visits instead of two. Then the guy kept coming out and putting freon in my system without finding out why I was losing freon. I needed a new unit. I had another installer put in the unit and did not sign another contract with Efficient home Solutions. Then after the guy had been out I find out he left an empty cylinder of freon in my backyard. The regular garbage people will not pick it up. So I called EHS and they ducked and dodged and refused responsibility and would not come back and pick up their toxic waste canister that they left at my house. I've had much better service.
