Incredible customer service. I called them on Wednesday at 4PM, and they were at my door by 6:30 PM. Less than 24 hours I had a new AC unit, fully installed and operating properly. I highly recommend their services for anyone that needs a new AC unit or maintenance.

This is the second time we’ve used Mondragon Mechanical, and once again, we were extremely pleased with their service. Our first experience was a complete AC replacement at a rental property. Jorge was fantastic—very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He provided a fair and transparent quote with plenty of options to choose from. The installation itself was smooth and efficient. The crew was diligent, professional, and respectful of the property throughout the process.

More recently, we called them for a technical issue at our personal residence. This time, Guillermo was our technician. He was polite, professional, neat, and incredibly personable. He took the time to listen to all of our concerns and addressed each one patiently. He diagnosed and resolved the issue quickly, and made sure we fully understood everything before he left.

Honest, professional, and quick. A friend and neighbor recommended Mondragon Mechanical. Jorge, the owner, came by our house to give his professional opinion and price range with different scenarios and options. Super transparent and easy to speak with. As someone with zero experience as a homeowner, I felt like I could ask any question and Jorge took the time to answer and share more info.

We did a whole rehaul of my system that was pulling moldy air from under my house and moved it to pull cleaner air. He installed a new Trane 16 SEER system (brand new furnace, ac, ductwork, etc.). Jorge even introduced us to an air scrubber product that would be suitable for my husband with asthma and allergies.

For some background: First time home buyer and had to replace my entire HVAC system including ductwork due to a 20+ year old inefficient system and mold in the ductwork. Work absolutely needed to be completed before we moved in, so we called a few companies to come out and provide estimates… which were terrifying. ALSO WE NEEDED TO STARTED WORK DURING THE FREEZE IN FEB 2022. What a lifesaver… He finished in less than 3 days, it was amazing.

I 100% will recommend Mondragon for anything HVAC related because of my experience and I prefer to go with a family owned business. It was pretty evident that the other companies with 500+ reviews were going to take advantage of us by quoting us $10k more than Mondragon (for lower SEER rated systems).

Reached out when my external unit stopped working and Mandragon was very responsive, professional and courteous. Kimberly assisted fast and scheduled a visit, they came asap and replaced my compressor. I will use them again and recommend their services.

I purchased a whole new inside and outside unit last year. I’ve recently had issues with it not blowing as cold air as before, i had them come out to check on it and turns out, either they left the coolant low when installing or it has a leak.. mind you think is a whole new unit i paid $8,500. Now they said it’s not their fault and i have to pay an additional $360 to fix? this is ridiculous! Do not purchase here they leave things half done and then try to get more money to get it fixed.

Mondragon has always taken care of me. They have great prices and friendly staff. My technician, Bryan, was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. I’ve referred a couple people to them and both were very satisfied with Mondragon’s service.

I had a new carrier unit installed this week. Kimberly was really sweet and helpful throughout the process. She gave me a good price, answered all my questions. The guys who came to install were very thorough and willing to answer my questions. We passed Frisco city inspection today! Thank you Kimberly and your team! I will be recommending this company to everyone!! The process was very easy, unlike other companies I have had to deal with in the past!

Jorge and staff are very efficient and organized. Always does what they say they are going to do. Old fashion integrity to sum it all up. Highly recommend their professional services to whom is in need.

Jorge is my go to person for all AC install needs. He is amazing in providing great quality at best price. Called him in evening one day, next day evening two units installed and working perfectly. Thanks for the efficient service call for my Goodman split unit heat pump. The service technicians did a good job making sure that my Goodman was in good running order. They also took the time to provide me with some technical information about the units that was to my benefit.

I was looking for recommendations on an AC company a few years ago and was given Mondragon Mechanical as a reference. Since then I have used them for my previous house and my brothers house and just used them in my current house for new AC and heating installs. Each time the team were very professional, from being on time, care during installation and final clean up outside and inside. I have recommended them to several friends and will continue to do so

I hired modragon based on a recommendation and I couldn’t be more happier with their service. My father in law works in the a/c field and he stated that they guys who did the work did everything professionally up to the smallest detail. I recommend Mondragon going forward to all my family members who need a new a/c system put in. Financing was incredibly easy to do. Their Rep comes to your house and does the application in front of you, so you know immediately you are approved. Installation was the next day and they finished the work in one day.

From the moment I called to schedule a service call, she was kind, helpful, and kept me informed every step of the way. I had asked for a 30-minute heads-up before the technician arrived, and Kimberly followed through perfectly with that, giving me Guillermo’s exact ETA this morning. Right on schedule -- something that’s rare these days!

This is my fourth time working with Jorge at Mondragon Mechanical and there is a reason why I keep coming back. He has always delivered top class at best price I could find anywhere. This time he installed 3 ton 18 seer variable speed system. Weather protection cap surge protector UV sleeves New plenum new tray with moisture sensor was all included. So happy and I just wish they keep this honest way of doing business going so I never have to worry about finding another HVAC company.

I was replacing a cheap unit home warranty installed just 10 years ago that was undersized and poorly installed.

The guys at Mondragon did a clean install; they took their time ensuring all parts were properly fitted and at the end cleaned up to the point you couldn’t tell they were even here.

The crew was amazing - and considering how hot it was in the attic (today’s high was 103°) I can’t begin to understand how they managed to get the job done.

After all was said and done, my only regret was I didn’t call sooner.
