Bobby came to our house today to fix our dyer and was excellent. He did not have the part needed and immediately went to grab it and came back and had my dryer fixed within the hour. Also great company.

West and Chris did a great job on my a/c unit. Very professional, efficient, polite and informative to all my needs. HIGHLY recommend their services!

The quality of work done on my stackable washer/dryer was absolutely superb. The new vent hose is perfect. It did not take much time to get everything running again. someone who is truly operating on another level of skill and
professionalism. I described the issue, having done a number of pre-steps (cleaning fins, testing connections with a multimeter, replacing a capacitor), and yet within a few sentences he had already diagnosed the problem. Spot *bleeping* on.

He not only saved me time and money, but explained everything clearly, without any pressure. It’s rare to find someone this qualified, honest, and efficient. If you're looking for someone who knows air conditioning inside and out this is your guy. Absolute 10/10.

Last time I trusted 2 random people to fix my ac unit and it made it worse so i was a little nervous when contracting this company but it went lovely. The technician Chris came to fix my ac unit was amazing he was fast, and knowledgeable on what he is doing.

Bobby didn’t service our Fridge, but we are thankful that he was honest with us. He let us know that it would be expensive to fix and would suggest we get a new one instead of taking our money.

Mondragon technicians installed two new ac and heating systems and did an outstanding job. They were very careful moving the materials up and down our stairs. They discovered that one of our home automation thermostats was not working correctly and installed a new one to make sure the house was cooling. We are very pleased with the value and quality of the workmanship and recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Based on friends & family recommendations, we had Mondragon install a new system. Dealing with the owner and sales reps was great. The installation team was polite, kept the area clean. The installation was neat neat and professional. An additional rep came to oversee extensive testing. Very pleased with the whole process.

Jacob got our Trane AC back up in minutes of his arrival. He then quickly diagnosed the problem and confirmed the needed part was in stock to replace the one creating the problem. Jacob showed he was very knowledgeable about the Trane system.
