Yashua is excellent. A fuse blew in our heater during a cold snap and we have a new baby that we were worried would get cold. We called at night and he came in the very next day on his day off to help us.

We have had his service before and he was just as excellent. Professional. Very good at explaining the problem and the fix.

Chris was a great technician he came out and evaluated my problem efficiently and explain to me and good detail what was wrong then when they came time to complete the work he was very professional and did things in timely manner and cleaned up after himself I was very pleased with the work I would recommend this company to everybody

EDIT: I upped my rating because Bill called me to apologize after reading my review. He ended up refunding the service fee AND reimbursing me for the hotel stay. That wasn't my goal when I wrote the review, but, still, I was very pleasantly surprised that this business would go out of their way to take accountability for their actions. Because of this, I'd be willing to give them another chance should the need arise in the future.

I originally called Appliance & Air Care Experts to help with a failing A/C system. My A/C would go out for 6-10 hours at a time and then come back on. The indoor temps would get to a miserable 89 degrees or so, then drop down when the system kicked back on. It’s only a 6-year-old unit, so I knew something had to be wrong. The tech came out, quickly looked at my system from the inside, checked the temp of the vents, and told me that nothing was wrong and my system was doing all it could do. He suggested that it was probably an insulation issue, which didn’t make much sense to me because we’ve had hot summers before, but I’m no expert so I took him at his word. The issue kept occurring so I scheduled them to come back and take another look. I got stood up. However, the tech later communicated that he was in the hospital, so I’ll give him a pass. I asked him to come out again whenever he was able and he told me he’d be there the next morning. Again, a no-show. He finally texted me back insisting that my system was doing the best it could do. Finally, my system shut off and never came back on. The indoor temp got up to 93 degrees (on a 106 degree day) and I ended up checking into a hotel because it was pretty unbearable. I called a different company who came the next afternoon, and that tech was able to diagnose and fix the problem in an hour and a half (a broken capacitor). I’m extremely frustrated that I wasted my time going back and forth with this company, not to mention the service call fee they charged me and hotel fee I ended up having to pay because they didn’t do their job. This is purely speculation, but I have a feeling that the tech didn’t want to get on my roof to check the actual unit itself. Which if this was the case, that’s fine, but I wish I had been told that upfront. I called multiple companies before I found the one that eventually fixed my unit and two of them told me right away that they didn’t service rooftop units and couldn't schedule me. I really appreciate that they didn’t waste my time or money and wish this company had given me the same courtesy.

I would highly recommend Bill and his team..great service, very prompt, extremely professional. Luiz, who worked on replacing two units are our place, was very thorough with great craftsmanship. While there was a hiccup during the course of installation, Bill personally came down and resolved it! Bill and team do real hard work so ensure customers like us can stay comfortable as we enjoy our air conditioning and heating, so for that- THANK YOU Bill, Luiz!!

Wesley and Chris came to my house and fixed my ac fast and its so hot these guys saved me money to bc I called another company and they told me a lot more was wrong honesty goes a long way

Chris was great. Came out to my house quickly, assessed the issues I was having with my heater, explained it very well, and walked me through possible solutions.

Chris was amazing. He came out after hours on a Friday before a Holiday weekend. We have a complex system (multiple units, air scrubbers etc.). He was able to identify the issue and worked late into the evening to help us find the issue. He also gave us some great information and remedied a couple of maintenance issues that we didn’t even know about. Ex: a clogged drain line that tripped another unit float valve. Definitely recommend this company and if you get Chris you’ll get a guy that knows his stuff!

Bill, who took my call and managed the whole process, was very kind and professional (I called on a Saturday and he had some come out that same day; and then had a replacement crew out with equipment the next day, a Sunday).

Chris, who came out to inspect the equipment, helped me understand my options and what to expect with each. AACE should be happy to have him on their team.

Louis, who removed and installed an HVAC unit, did an amazing job. I was blown away by the care he took to keep my home clean, and he and his partner worked very hard to get the job done right.

I realized my AC was out when I got home from work at 6:30 and it was 92 degrees in my house! I called AACE and they got me in contact with Chris! He came over as soon as he finished the current job he was on. He was able to diagnose and fix my unit all within 10 minutes of being at my house! He definitely knows what he’s doing and I will 100% recommend him to all of my friends and co-workers in the Dallas area! Chris saved the day for me and my dog!!

Bobby called me before our appointment and asked specifically what was wrong with my dishwasher. He walked me through the process on the phone and saved me hundreds of dollars and didn’t even charge me for his time. How honest! Thank you, again!

We had our unit slowly going out over the past couple of weeks. I came across their website on a Google search and gave them a call. They had the most reasonable fee for them to do the initial inspection to see what was wrong. After further review, I needed a brand new unit. Chris told me what kind of unit I needed and showed me the problems. I told him I was going to call a couple other places to compare prices and do my due diligence. He encouraged that. I talked to a lot of other companies for 2 weeks and Chris answered any questions I had during that time. After getting multiple quotes, the quote they gave me was very fair and I decided to go with them. Chris’ honesty and helpfulness was the number 1 reason I went with them. They installed my unit 12 hours after I gave them the green light to do the job. I am very pleased.

Chris showed up to diagnose our AC issues on a holiday (only an hour after I called them) and came over the next day to install a new unit. Really impressed with the service and speed that they worked to get me back to having cool air. Thanks Chris!

We had an issue with our refrigerator and called Appliance and Air Care. They responded right away and were exceptionally helpful and reasonable. Bobby asked questions right away in order to save us any useless expense. He diagnosed the problem quickly and helped us with our refrigerator. He also stayed in contact and let me know what to expect and when he would arrive . Great service . We will definitely call them anytime we have a problem with appliances etc..

These guys are so helpful! Was able to get a next day appointment and got a call before they came to see if it could be resolved over the phone. I was able to put a temporary fix in place based on our call so I could use the appliance before they arrived. They called before they came and arrived when expected. None of that, “We’ll be there sometime between 10 and 4”! Situation was quickly resolved. I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!!!

Bobby came out and accessed our Fridge and installed a new evaporator fan motor in the freezer side and we are back to normal with cold air on both sides. He has so much experience he makes it all look easy.
He is also such a nice guy with a great personality too. He is our go-to repair person for sure!
