Luis rescued us from record heat by repairing our HVAC. Quick, very knowledgeable & honest. Recommended!

From day one, every person involved was professional and courteous. They kept us apprised of the dates and times. The follow up inspection found something that had not been properly set during installation and they fixed that immediately. They were a little more than other quotes we’d gotten, but it included the whole HVAC system and warranty and financing. After 5+ years of limping along with a worn out AC, it’s thrilling to have one that works.

Unfortunately, because I was not a homeowner I wasn’t able to qualify, but Jasmine made me very aware of the refrigerant and what was happening We look forward to looking into it with new home.

Everyone I dealt with from this company demonstrated the professionalism and service you expect to receive. Exceptional Experience recommend to any and all. It’s after 6pm and this a guy from this company just banged on my door as if he was the police! I didn’t appreciate it in the least. He asked to see my air conditioning to see if it qualified to get a new one. I DON’T NEED ANYONE CHECKING ON ANYTHING THAT I DID NOT REQUEST!
This is extremely suspicious behavior especially after 6pm.

I’m also seeing other reviews saying others received knocks at their door and then their a/c were suddenly not working. I’ve got cameras all around my home and a good picture of the guy who knocked on my door. If anything gets damaged, I know who to contact!!!

Luis Barcenas, the technician arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and the system was cooling quickly. The technician explained everything clearly. Fair pricing, great communication, and excellent workmanship.

Jasmine was a pretty little lady definitely helped me and husband understand the freons more unfortunately we did not go with them as ours was on the newer side

Brandon was super cool, very funny and very good with the explanation. Our unit is brand new and we unfortunately didn’t need the insulation, however we more than enjoyed his presence and energy

Hugo. Was very polite and not pushy. It was a pleasure speaking with him. We rent our home so were unable accept any A/C assist at this time.

All the personnel were courteous and friendly. They installed two air conditioners and two air handlers. They were installed efficiently and quickly. We are very happy with the performance of the new air conditioners. They are quieter than the old units and for run shorter cycles.

Jasmine and Alonzo were truly AMAZING! They were very personable, knowledgeable, and the epitome of customer service. I look forward to continously working with them. Keep up the GREAT work!

Great experience with all folks involved, on each step from beginning to review of installation of new Hvac system. Took time to explain and answer any questions I had. Definitely recommending to friends and family.

Due to the service charge of $140 plus an extra 150 to fix the wire the technician José Hernandez came out to fix a wire due to the problem. Replaced the wire and left me with a un working air conditioning also with charting wires that was sparking that causes a fire hazard. I had to pay for a different technician to come out from a different company and he stated for me to get my money back poor Service poor safety, lack of caring. I am a dissatisfied customer I won’t even recommend these guys to no one.

Mario was great at diagonising the issue and took time to explain to us the issue and the cost involved. Would highly recommend Mario to anyone having Hvac issues he is full of energy and quite good at what he does.

Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use Chill Bros due to just bad timing. However, Brandon was extremely professional and was able to answer all my questions. I would recommend asking for him for your future air condition needs.

Abel helped balance the air, check for leaks, and calibrated the thermostat. He addressed all our concerns, was friendly and very professional. Great guy and we really appreciate his work.
