Would like to say thank you to Henry for the job he did. Less than 10 minutes into the job he found the problem and had our heat up and running. Henry was very knowledgeable for the reason as to why our heat wasn't working, he answered all of our questions with professionalism and knowledge of his trade. Will not hesitate to ask for Henry to be sent to our home, for any problem that may occur.

Edwin serviced our unit today. He was very knowledgeable and helpful as far as maintenance and preventative care.

The compressor or one of my units failed over the weekend. Dom (of Airtron) made the necessary replacement and adjustments. He was very professional and did a fantastic job (very quick). Excellent service!

We were fortunate that Marco and Isaac were available to come to our home soon after we made the call to Airtron. They were thorough in checking our HVAC system and spent time explaining their recommendations to us. We were very satisified with their assistance in fine-tuning our system and helping us with our issues.

In my limited experience with HVAC maintenance and repair experts, Noe proved to be extremely informative and helpful. As a brand new home owner, I was not very happy to see some water damage in my brand new ceiling. Noe came out on a SUNDAY(!) and identified the issue and what led to the damage in the ceiling. He went above and beyond, improving our system’s efficiency, and advising me on future maintenance, teaching me how the system works, in order to become a better overall home owner. He was patient with my questions and answered everything I threw at him.

Marco and Darwin did a great job today coming in and doing maintenance and tune up on our home AC. Super nice, friendly and respectful. Knew what they were doing. And we’re in and out at a good time! Recommend their great work! Thanks guys.

I had a frustrating experience when my AC was damaged by gutter installation, causing a coolant leak.

Thankfully, Josue and Arturo from the repair team did an excellent job fixing it.

They skillfully located the leak, repaired it, and refilled the coolant.
Now, my AC works perfectly again! I highly recommend Josue and Arturo for their expertise and professionalism in resolving the issue.

Ismael Martinez is one of the best techs you will ever experience! Ask for him and see! This young man was so professional and very, very knowledgeable about the service he provided and took the time to educate me on everything he was doing to repair my unit. One the most professional and customer service focused techs I’ve seen in a long time! He even left me tips on how to maintain my unit on a monthly basis. My unit was promptly repaired and at no cost, since I am a service member. Listen, get that service membership because it’s worth every penny! You’ll get a well trained tech, prompt scheduling and cost savings! And with the cost of everything going up, the service membership for your AC unit will prove to be a good idea and one you’ll want to keep in your home budget. I’ve managed commercial real estate and my vendors could learn a thing or two from Ismael and Airtron! No exaggeration!
