Staff were professional and prompt. Salesman was informative but not pushy. Answered all my questions with a good depth of knowledge. Installation was done by a good crew that minimized intrusion and was done in half a day, even though they had to do some custom duct work.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

John helped us sign up for their HVAC replacement program. He was highly knowledgeable, relatable, and honest about pricing, the process, and our needs! We have a 20 year old system and he gave us a great deal for an upgraded one! We recommend that everyone give the Chill Brothers a call, especially if you want to avoid all of the mess of dealing with bigger HVAC companies. Make them your first choice!

JJ was awesome! Very good at explaining things, offered us options that fit our house and finances, and answered every question that we had. He showed up on time and was well prepared. It’s rare to find someone this good! I would recvommend him to others.

Our home was visited by a representative of this company midday (Alonzo Ortiz) who was pleasant, well spoken and presented himself very well. My girlfriend requested that he come back later that evening because I was at work and he took the time to show up at 7:00 at night prompt like he promised. When I answered the door I was tired and hungry and felt bad for telling him sorry not this evening but without hesitation he said no problem, I understand would you like me to come back and if so when would be a good time for you? This young man was never once pushy like your typical salesman.. We rescheduled and he showed up with a smile, was very informative and well spoken. I am a tough person to negotiate with but he worked with me diligently, patiently and went out of his way to do everything he could to explain the entire process and work to get the best deal possible. By the time it was all said and done him and his upper management worked with us and got us a great deal and the contract was signed. Wonderful experience with Mario and Luis. They were able to quickly assess the issue, get the correct parts and replace everything in a few short hours. Our ac unit had been out for years. We had no idea how we would get it fixed, seeing ac units ran upwards of $20,000. Our daughter was at work and was given a flyer about Chill Brothers. We held on to the flyer for over a year. We finally called and John Robinson came out immediately. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and determined to help us and he did. The process was painless, easy from start to finish. We are very satisfied with Chill Brothers and their awesome representative John Robinson. About a year ago, my husband and I purchased our retirement home. We made sure it will fit all our 4 adult children and grandchildren, whenever they would visit. Not only did we want a spacious home, we wanted it to be comfortable as well.
So when a Chill Brother's representative came and knocked at our door, let's just say it was money well spent.
We purchased not one but two Lennox air conditioners, the thing we love most is the (auto)heating/cooling, we don't have to get up and switch to comfort our home, just set the temperatures. And the plus side as well is the air purification.
We had bought a portable air purifier and would placed it in the room our grandchildren were in. But now, wherever we are at in our home, rest assured my family is breathing healthier. Thanks to The Chill Brothers.

Awesome company to work with. I was greatly impressed with Phillip, the door to door salesperson, very cheerful, yet professional. He answered all my questions thoroughly with patience and kindness. John , Dallas Regional manager , did the same, cool , kind, and patient. He explained everything to the dot, he even read the contract out loud, so I could understand it. Jasmine was amazing! She did an incredible job with advertising for Chill Brothers! Very knowledgeable and wise with her words considering the time there, please give her a raise! I hope to see her again On Wednesday as my parents were not home since they are the Home Owners.

I have some mix feelings about Chill Brothers. This review is more of a 3.5 than a 4.0
Their techs are friendly and timely. However, I have had a new HVAC unit installed for only 4 months and I've had to call them back for numerous reasons.

From the initial install, I had issues. For starters, the outdoor compressor, the install crew stacked pieces of plywood to level out the unit. Not only making it look unprofessional but the unit wasnt stable. Call 1.
A new crew came out and replaced it, then also did some wood work around my HVAC unit.
Only issue is the way they installed it, partially blocks the access door to replace my filter.
Will note that a licensed technician came AFTER the installation and wasnt present while the install crew worked.
Even the licensed tech said he doesnt do installs anymore only maintenance.

Call 2. My energy bill started to spike, badly. During the winter month I had my thermostat set to 71. Not too bad. My energy bill shot up 3x than what it had ever been, even with my older unit. Ive been at this property for 8+ years. Tech came out and did some minor inspections. Said there wasn't any excess energy draw that he could find. (Only looks for a couple of minutes) explained that the thicker filters were too much for the units and could cause it to draw more power to pull air through. They were 3M filters that have a finer mesh for allergens. I had already bought a set of filters, but will take it into consideration. My bill was still high.

Call 3. Today's service call. Last night I noticed water leaking from the underneath of my unit. This was part of the reason why I decided to upgrade from our older unit. After about an hour or so, our tech Luis, originally thought it was the drain cap. It was set on the wrong pipe. But while he was cleaning up, he noticed it continued to leak from a different location. He took a closer look and ultimately found a crack in the drain pain for the coil. Dont know where the crack may have come from. But he did put a work order in to have both the coil and pan removed.
I'll not be able to use the AC until then because it was leaking heavily.
Luis did a fantastic job diagnosing the issue and getting me a resolution. It's rather annoying but at least he found it.

The customer service is good and I've been pleased thus far with the response times of getting techs here when needed.

My only concern is that this unit is only 4 months old and I've had more issues than when I had my old unit of 8+ years while living in this house.
The new unit only has a 1 year warranty period through Chill brothers and while their customer service has been good. The quality of their installers leaves a lot to be desired.

We'll see how everything goes in the following months. However, the pitch of lower energy bills, and better efficiency have not been met by my standards. I will acknowledge it is a larger unit, which takes more energy, but that may have been an upsell that I fell into because of my lack of knowledge on HVAC units and costs.

Hoping I dont continue running into issues but if I do, this review will get an update with a lower rating.

Mario came out today to perform the quality check on my brand new unit. He was very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Very clear and precise when explaining how the system works. The whole experience with The Chill Brothers has been amazing from start to finish.

Sarah and J.J. were awesome. Sarah knocked on my door and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She set up my appointment with J.J. Sarah might have been able to sell the AC replacement herself. 😀
J.J. came to my home and explained everything and answered all of my questions. By the time we were done, I feel like I not only got an awesome AC and furnace but a friend. The work the crew did was perfect and finished in a timely manner. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. I would recommend for sure.

Anais was super nice. They are out of trying to give free assessments for the Freon levels or type of Freon. That folks are using currently in their HVAC systems. It’s just a super quick walk around the house as our 22 is now not environmentally accepted. They’re helping folks upgrade or at least know if they need to upgrade for an option not trying to sell anything! Very nice had a great conversation made my day. Over on harvest, Glen!

Mr Ray was very professional sales man , I'm not that easly convinced ti purchase a new unit , but it was time my unit was 24 years old and I was tired of repairing it twice a year.
The installation team great crew they worked like well oiled machine , the site was left clean thanks to Chill Brothers.

Chill Bros to the rescue!

I am a Roofer by trade, helping a family member get their house ready to sell. We knew that the existing furnace and AC unit needed to be replaced (leaking Carbon monoxide, no heat, ect) so… I started getting bids.

I had extremely high prices coming in from other companies, trying to “oversell,” or solve problems I did not need solved. The previous unit was undersized, installed incorrectly, and was just all around a mess.

I have spoke to one of their team members Keaston, before, and gave him a call. He helped coordinate me, and got me in touch with the correct people to figure out what was needed to bring this up to standards to what would be acceptable for a home inspection.

Keaston and JJ put together by far the best bid I received in every facet. Value, timeframe, and understanding of what I needed. The turnaround was less than a week. The new system installed is clean, correct size, installed correctly, and would pass a home inspection with flying colors.

I cannot recommend chill bros enough, they’ll breeze thru any issue you have.
