The guys were out at the house two times. Both very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. Installed a few items, and took care of all of the warranty work. Explaining everything along the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good company.

Dung is great fast and informational, great guy and enjoyed learning from his expertise! He repaired my AC unit for us distributing the heat much more efficiently.

Great service! Called to get a service request ordered for my heater that was not working. Ended up signing up for a monthly service plan and the technician who came out, Arturo, was great. He got everything working again explained how everything should work and what to look out for. Awesome service all the way around.

Had Val from AirTron come out and performed a warranty service on my new homes A/C and heater. He diagnosed and made a simple repair and then checked the entire system out. He informed me of key items in my system that I had no idea about and how to clean a filter I had no idea that was even in my system. He also made recommendations for minor maintenance that I could perform myself, that would benefit me and my hvac system. I am beyond grateful for his advice and his knowledge. I have been with AirTron as a part of their Plan EAC for over 6 years! They have always been there when I needed them and given the best service and honest options. I cannot recommend them enough, my technician is Edwin is amazing and honest.

I normally do not write my own reviews online. However, what Dung Nguyen did for my family during this snow day was so absolutely incredible that I had to write one for him. He stayed here for about 6 hours all day long, trying to figure out what the cause of the issue was and driving back and forth to pick up the correct part for the heating system. I am forever grateful for this man, and I highly recommend him without any reservations. He knew that I had a 3 yr old at home without the heating system working. My words cannot express how grateful I am for this person and this company!!!! Thank you!!!

Val was amazing - he responded to a call for an unresponsive thermostat same day and diagnosed the issue in a quick 1.5 hours! He was thorough and explained the issues our HVAC system was experiencing in a way that was simple to understand.

12-10-2025. Matt always goes above and beyond. Back in October he successfully fixed a condensation issue in our extraction vents in our restroom. He is so friendly and professional, and his customer service skills are top-notch! Today, Matt came back again, this time to see why our AC fan was consistently blowing instead of turning on and shutting off automatically like it should. He was well-versed in knowledge about our particular AC unit and was able to diagnose and fix the wiring issue within 5-10 minutes while explaining to me what happened for what reason and letting me observe him fixing it! And great thing was we are still in warranty so we didn't pay anything.

Darwin J came out and did a great job tuning up my system. Professional and a pleasure to interact with. Would recommend to anyone.

Is very professional and accurate with all details of what he has saw and going to do with our system! His knowledge with our system was good and professional, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he is going to do and also suggested or saw that the ventilation ducts needed and should be cleaned ASAP! He also said that airtron was having a special on the prices for duct cleaning and he also called to set up our appointment they Airtron itself! Would like to have Dawin come back and do our future maintenance for our AC unit.

Had a compressor that was under warranty replaced by Airtron Heating and AC. The technician replaced the compressor in about 2 hours. No charge. Great job Airtron
