Wilt of Barbosa plumbing came by to service my my HVAC Friday. Which he quickly did. But even better wanted to talk to me about my hot water heater which was on my replace asap list. He was able to get everything done the same day and I was able to get the flood prevention features I wanted since I had just replaced carpeting. All in one day. Happy camper here.

Update: I have been a customer of Barbosa's now for about 13 years! They never cease to amaze me! Will and Jorge helped me today with my plumbing and air issues and they went the extra mile to explain the issues, give options for resolution without feeling pressured. I will continue to use Barbosa in the future too. Oh... and a shout out to Andy for the always flawless customer satisfaction on scheduling and making me feel like part of the family!

Barbosa continues to amaze me. I have been a customer of theirs for about 5 years (they fully installed a new AC system top to bottom 4 years ago and I love it!) I selected this company over the others years ago because they are more family friendly based instead of the big corporate operations where it is "get in get out give me your money". They also give you tips and advice to help prevent situations from occurring which could cost you more money. They REALLY DO CARE about their customers. Whether it is Andy B. handling customer care and appointments over the phone with absolute friendliness and professionalism, to the latest tech Jonathan C. that came out that not only fixed my issues but also gave great advice and treated me with respect regardless of my knowledge level of the situation or to the newsletter that has great tips stories and information (Yes, I do read it.) Barbosa is who I use for all my plumbing and AC needs and I would definitely reccomend them to anyone.

Barbosa is always great about fitting me in when there is a need. Will always explains things and options so I feel comfortable with my decision.

Will Hatch and his crew did a great job at replacing my plumbing pipes. Will is very knowledgable, works fast, and is very efficient. Given the opportunity, I would highly recommend Barbosa Plumbing to all of my friends.

Every time we call Barbosa for some issue we're having, they are always quick to respond and resolve the problem. This morning, we turned on hot water in the bathroom, and only a trickle came out. Called Barbosa at 6:30am and left a message. By 8:10am, they had called back and said they could work me in by mid-day. Will and George just left after fixing the issue, teaching us more about our system and how to manage it, and leaving us happy customers. Definitely recommend them (Will and George AND Barbosa, that is).

Was just an initial assessment of a water leak but he knew what to test, did so and have me a plan to go forward in a very professional manner

Will came and fixed up a leaking water line behind our fridge. Unfortunately, the leak was inside the wall but Will located the issue, explained the different resolutions and pricing. He was very upfront and professional through the entire process. I would definitely recommend Barbosa plumbing for any AC or plumbing needs. Thanks again, Will!

Had great experience with Jenn and Andy Barbosa office team and Jackie’s installation/maintenance teams installing a new ductless system and repurposing other 2 units with increased capacity vents and ducting to keep the entire upstairs cool. Every interaction is 5-star! (I’m a bit sad when my wife gets to take the house call instead of me.)

Alex has been out a couple of times now and has been professional, honest, and on time. He has corrected items from a sloppy install and just always shot straight. Plus our dog likes him so it must mean he's a good dude. On the admin side, the team is easy to work with too.

I would never hire this company for anything ....especially if they continue to employee despicable people like the individual I encountered on the TEXpress this morning who almost intentionally hit my car and almost ran me off the road. Road rage should not be tolerated ...especially from those representing businesses....how shameful. I have contacted the Dallas Police Department and will be contacting other authorities/agencies as well.
