So thankful for Barbosa’s fast response and absolutely terrific work by Will. We had frozen pipes to two sinks this morning and by 2pm we had them thawed out with no leaks. Will took the time to explain our options, the work he was doing and things we can do to avoid this happening again. We will also call Barbosa first.

Will and Barbosa Plumbing did a terrific job detecting and repairing what could have been a major problem. While repairing a backed-up laundry room drain, Will used a camera that located damaged cast iron sewer pipes under our home and the main line outside. He replaced it with PVC sewer pipe. Will answered our questions, stayed on top of the job, and did stellar work. I highly recommend Will and Barbosa Plumbing.

We had a big water leak in the front yard and had to turn off our water- not an ideal situation! But Barbosa came out quickly and made the necessary repairs and got our water back on! Will was great, and their service is always prompt and professional. I love having a dependable company I can count on to come out quickly!

Very knowledgeable, fast working staff. Called at 1pm on Friday afternoon for a leaky copper pipe on interior AC unit. Worker showed up at 3:30pm and had the issue fixed by 5pm.

Barbosa recently did a system health check on our water heater and AC. Will was courteous, professional, and honest. He told us what we needed and didn’t try to upsell or exaggerate. Everyone we have dealt with at Barbosa has been kind, professional, and honest. We recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or AC work done in the metroplex.

Alex was very professional gave me options and more importantly got my ac running. I felt like he listened to me. I told him I need it Freon in my AC unit. He’s coming back to check for leaks. I hope that I can trust them to be honest with me because that’s really one thing. I am finding out a lot of AC companies aren’t. I’ve had two people come out to my house in the last month and each were both trying to each was trying to sell me a new unit without even looking at the air-conditioning unit. I gave them very poor reviews.

Will with Barbosa Plumbing & Air saved the day for me today. I accidentally dropped my diamond Tiffany necklace down the sink this morning. To say I was freaking out is an understatement. Within an hour and a half, Will was at my house and retrieved my necklace within minutes! This is actually the second time Will has saved the day for me - our AC went out last August exactly 2 days before my best friend's baby shower I was hosting at my house. Some how, some way, Will was able to locate a new unit for us and get it installed before the party. We love our new AC and haven't had any problems since. Thank you Will!! Alex from Barbosa AC helped out with my secondary AC unit. He was knowledgeable of what he was doing and communicated well. He called as he approached the house, he introduced himself at the door. He was careful to put on his shoe coverings when he walked inside. I really appreciate his transparency of what he was doing and describing what was wrong with my unit. Now the AC is blowing cold air and I can be comfortable again. Thank you

Jackie, the technician who serviced our system, has been with Barbosa for many years! He is so friendly and honest! He is a great ambassador for what this company is about - fast, honest, reasonable, service! We have used them for many years and will continue to do so!

Jackie was extremely diligent in trying to repair the heated floor in our bathroom. While there was no immediate solution he returned to consider other options and promised to follow up ASAP.

We had a compressor go out on one of our two units. Barbosa Mechanical was quick to send someone out over the weekend. They gave us all our options and we never felt like they were trying to scam or upsell. Will was great with explaining everything and helping us in deciding what was going to be best for us - we ended up just getting a new unit.
Quick turnaround and in 48hrs we had a new AC that is working better than we could’ve hoped. I’ve been a loyal customer of Barbosa for over 10yrs and refer all our friends and family to them. They’re always trustworthy and reliable!

Will did an amazing job as always ! he showed up on time, gave us a heating check up and noticed that we had a small leak in our water heater. Will is always thorough and took care of this leak in a timely manner! If we had to rate him between one and 10 he would get a 20!
