These are great people and the service is beyond great! The price quoted to me for a new system was very reasonable. They are extremely timely too; and in this Texas heat, that is important.

I really love using these guys, the are very efficient with same day service. I called at 9:30pm expecting to leave a voicemail and I got a live person, beyond that they sent a technician the same night. There were not even any overtime charges which was shocking. The little things matter. Thanks guys!

My truck was left in the parking lot over night. The next day when my friend went to pick it up it was gone. The owner said that someone committed a crime in it so he had it locked up. Then they said it was impounded because it was left on their property, which is not their property but a strip mall . It wasn't even in front of their business. Anyway, I never was able to pry out of them who they had to tow it. I never was notified by a towing company of the pending sale of it and since it hasn't turned up the police can do nothing. An employee told me what happened to it after I offered him a reward. It was sold to a dope dealer for a little methamphetamine and stripped down for the drivetrain, as I was told. What happened after that I do not know. Drive by and have a look for yourself some night in the back of their two or three buildings. You will see the "leadership" working on a "project" ALL NIGHT LONG! I guess a LS 3 drivetrain can really keep you up at night! I've never worked for them, never done business with them. All I know is what I've learned since this started and I've Been DIGGING! IT AIN"T PRETTY!!!

Highly recommend. Raymond went above and beyond, arrived after midnight after working all day, to fix my hot AC with guests in the house for a funeral the next day. He was nice and courteous and never let on how tired he must have been. And fixed the AC.

we called them to diagnose one unit because it was not cooling enough at the set temperature. they came two times apart 2months. Every time they charged but the temperature was not changed and they charged me.
They came and billed for things which they did not perform and do not recommend using this company after our bad experience. they do not warantee their work; and the technicians are not qualified to find the problems.
