Ricky has done an excellent job in maintaining our A/C for many years now. I believe him to be honest and trustworthy. He recently gave me the choice to replaced my airhandler by itself feeling that my outside unit would last a few more years.

Ricky installed my unit in June. He came out the other day to do a free check. He is always available to answer questions and come by if there is an issue. Super friendly and very helpful!

Berry’s Best arrived as quickly as possible on the same day I called with an A/C emergency. He quickly diagnosed the issue, gave me the price, installed the new part, and got the cool air blowing for me on a hot day. His price and quality were better than the last service I used. Could not be happier with Ricky’s service! My AC started blowing hot air, and I reached out to 7 HVAC companies in the area. 2 no showed after scheduling, 1 quoted a much higher service call fee that wouldn’t go towards the repair cost, and 3 never even responded. Ricky from Berry Best responded right away and promptly set up a time to come by the next day. Sent texts when he was on the way and arrived within the given window. Diagnosed and replaced the bad part in less than an hour. He was friendly, super knowledgeable and professional. (He even brought those little shoe covers.) Price was very reasonable (and he even waived the already very reasonable service call fee), Really appreciate all your help, Ricky! Will definitely be our go-to hvac guy in the future!

UPDATE: As luck would have it, my other AC unit also broke a couple months after the first one went out, and I reached out to Ricky again. Got the same great service. Prompt communications, friendly and professional attitude, speedy fix of the problem, and a great price. He even gave me a discount as a repeat customer (much appreciated)! Thank you again, Ricky!

I have used Ricky Berry since 2021, when he was a service manager at his last company and now as owner of Berry Best. He is a consummate professional, polite, thorough, thinks through alternatives, adapts to his customer style and needs, and takes care of execution the right way with attention to detail. Whether working as a team member or solo, he helps serve the customer and drive the right solution. He handled on install in 2021 via crane and ensure vibration/pad, vent/duct solutions for a whisper quiet outcome. He helped me to evaluate a damaged unit across visits and to endure we had necessary information for documenting damages for insurance. He also provided remote guidance on another AC issue needing alternatives, arriving at a solution well ahead of the hired team on that job. Ricky Berry, his team, and Berry Best lead with integrity and do the right thing for the customer.
