I do feel like this company was just trying to get a quick buck instead of actually diagnosing my problem. I was told “o just replace my whole water heater unit” which in the near future wouldn’t be an issue but I was never told why it wasn’t working. The tech said he simply didn’t know… and I was charged $89 for an “idk”, “just replace it”. So I called another company to come look and they took one look at my water heater laughed and said it simply wasn’t on! He turned the valve got the pilot to light, told me to give it and hour or so and try it and now my water heater is working perfectly fine! I think this company was just trying to make a sell which I’m not mad at but if u are going to charge for diagnostic on water heaters at least be willing to truly help people find out the source of the issue not just take a 2min look at it and say “o just replace the whole unit”.

Cody and Kevin were great! They were actually giving a leak from the unit above me that was impacting my condo. They were very polite and efficient. I can see why Cody and Sons is a favorite at the Renaissance.

We needed a whole house drainage replacement and a sewer main line replacement because our 70 yr old home still had the original cast iron pipes and they finally failed. Cody & Sons' estimate came in $10K less than the other quotes we received. They were recommended to us by a friend who said they had a great reputation in their neighborhood. Adarius was in charge of the project and was AMAZING the entire time. (Give him a big fat raise, we love that guy!) Co-owners Mark & Philip were with us every step of the way for when we ran into the inevitable challenges. Paula and Carla in the office provided great customer service and were very helpful in getting us through the financing process. We don't expect to have any more plumbing problems but if we do, we'll always call Cody & Sons. Highly recommended!

We use Cody & Sons for our bi-annual PM service on HVAC and plumbing. Jordan came out and checked everything to ensure our heater was ready for the upcoming cold weather. He is very professional but also friendly. He answered all my questions and made sure he made me aware of any issues. Great representative of an amazing company!

I was seeking estimates for replacement of my heating and AC system. Collin did a great job explaining what systems they offered. He answered all my questions. I really enjoyed learning and nerding out on the differences between single stage and variable speed and brain storming how to balance room temps without completely removing old ductwork and starting again. It is possible, but beyond what I want to do at this time. I have not finalized my decision making, but Cody and Son is high contender. I love that they have an A+ rating from BBB.

Zach & Chance arrived quickly and took their time explaining the issues and helping me understand my best options. I felt they were honest and knowledgable and the charge was reasonable! Would gladly call them again.

I've been using Cody & Sons since we bought our house in 2019.
They have always maintained our plumbing and AC. Great company and does great work.
They do all my annual maintenance and this last go round, I had Zach and Chase manage the AC cleaning and Adarius with the plumbing.
Zach/Chase did a great job of explaining the condition of my AC, giving me tips on how to keep it running and be efficient.
And Adarius has been here before and he always does a great job. I highly recommend Cody and Sons

Cody did an excellent job on our annual plumbing maintenance visit as part of the MVP Program that Cody & Sons offers. Cody was knowledgeable, confident, and prepped us for what we may see happen over the next few years with our house approaching 10 years. He was thorough yet efficient with his time. Highly recommend!

I had a plumbing issue and decided to call Cody and Sons Plumbing in November, the first people they sent out didn't really do much, however I called them today and they sent out Caleb.

Caleb fixed the problem! However the price seems a bit steep for what was actually done. They ended up cutting out maybe a two and a half foot section of PVC pipe, removing a toilet, snaking the system and using a camera. For that I was charged $936. Which was pretty high for me. However it does come with the two-year parts and warranty, so I guess that's great.

Caleb explained what he was going to do and the charges (which again I felt like was a bit excessive). Caleb was pretty quick and straightforward. He cleaned up his mess when he was done and he finished the whole thing in about 2-3 hours. So in closing Caleb did a great job, he truly did, but you are going to pay for it and if you're looking at price (s) I can say with absolute surety that piece of mind is a wonderful, wonderful thing. and $936 (with taxes) is probably a small price for it. I gave them four stars simply because I thought it was a touch too expensive, but I would call them again, if I have another plumbing issue.

I'm not sure what the company is paying Caleb, but it's probably not enough. ✌️
