Worst driver I've ever seen for a company. He was riding people's bumpers, he was forcing himself into other lanes when the other car clearly had the right away already being in that lane. Reckless and errogant. As the lane was about to end he pushed the gas as hard as he could and then whipped right in front of a guy almost getting t-boned then flipped that guy off. I've never left a review because of driving but it was bad enough for me to justify it

With sense of every request, it is important and urgent, always communicating well with all our stores staff, solving issues no matter the size to have all our refrigeration and HVAC equipment working in perfect conditions it's always their goal, I personally recommend REF EXP to take care of your business

To be clear, I am not rating the service as they never showed up. I contacted them on a Thursday regarding my issue and they said to text them my address (which I did). I contacted them again at the end of the day, and they said they were planning to be at my house on Friday. I contacted them again on Friday afternoon and received no response. Thus, we went into the weekend with no service. I gave up on them and we had a handyman look at our issue (not a specialist) on Monday. He said it was a specific issue he couldn't handle but I did reach back out to Ref Experts one more time to ask a question and STILL received no response. If you don't want to provide a service, then SAY NO. Instead we are at Tuesday with no service! Given I could have tried to call someone over the weekend and paid extra for the service but didn't want to do that. In short, if you want to deal with professionals, I would look elsewhere.

This company mis-diagnosed a simple clogged drain problem with my ice machine, and wanted to charge over $1,800 to replace parts unnecessarily. A second opinion from another company resulted in just a basic service call.

Not only does this company treat their workers like their family , but they really do put in the time and work to get you up and going soon ! It could be 4 am , but If your freezer or cooler is out in your store, no doubt there will be someone there to save your product !! They always find a way to get you up and going again 🙏🏽 Thank youuuuu

The staff is very professional and punctual, our experience was amazing. The staff made sure we were satisfied with the job before they left and made sure everything was top shape. Office staff called next day to made sure everything was still working properly.

WOW!!! What a great experience. Chris and CJ came on time, kept me informed during the whole process, cleaned up the area very well, and the new unit works like a charm. Replaced the compressor and coils on an older unit whose heater still works well. They also thanked me profusely for providing such a beautiful day to work outdoors on HVAC. I'm a loyal Ellis A/C customer for over 40 years, and individuals like Chris and CJ are the reason why. Top drawer people!!
