Ricky Berry started servicing our unit last year. The whole unit (A/C and heat) is over ten years old. He recommended an AC hard start kit to help extend the unit's life. He has serviced both the A/C and heat, shows up on time, and does a thorough job.

Ricky from Berry Best Cooling & Heating was fantastic to work with. He came out quickly to provide an estimate on A/C replacement and walked me through the options in a clear and professional way. Even though I ultimately went with another company this time, I was very impressed with his customer service, responsiveness, and knowledge. I would absolutely reach out to them for future projects—they’ve earned my trust!

Ricky Berry was recommended to me by a friend. I have a house that I purchased that needed a hvac maintence upgrade. The existing filters had to be changed too frequently and the compressors were still working, but beyond their designed years. So he suggested a ductwork upgrade. He replaced the supply plenum downstairs,upgraded the filter system downstairs. He also upgraded the filter system upstairs. He also installed safety switches on the pan and inline for both systems. He installed condensate clean out valves on both main drain lines. He connected safety switches to the indoor units and tested for proper operation. He is professional, shared his knowledge with his clients and a pleasure to work with. Oh filters changes have been reduced and house has seen a reduction of dust.

I finally found a company I can trust! Not only did Rick and his team show up when expected they were respectful and honest. They didn’t just try to sell me something new. They gave me the pros and cons of each choice. And when they did their work, it was done right. They even did an awesome job cleaning up after themselves!

Mr. Berry answered the phone right away, was able to arrive in under an hour. Was professional and courteous upon arrival. Diagnosed issue in a logical manner and communicated clearly every step of the way. Was able to fix issue at a price that was reasonable based on internet research. Was very happy and will be using again for maintenance.

Evan is a total rockstar! He is extremely thorough and hardworking and VERY clean on the job! We had a tough job of installing a new soaking tub in place of an old jetted tub and he worked his hardest to get it in the first time. But there was some demo that needed to happen. So I took care of that and today, he MADE it happen. I was so nervous because my nightly baths are my happy place. He did all he could and more to make it work. I am very appreciative of his thoroughness and positive, professional disposition and knowledge base. I’m grateful to Bill Cody and Sons for their consistent A+ work, that I’ve NEVER had an issue with, in the 20 years of using them. They seem to hire the best!

I had a good experience with Matt. I had a drain that just wouldn’t clear no matter what I tried. Matt diagnosed the problem right away and had it fixed. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

I received outstanding service from Cody and Sons Plumbing, Heating and Air and highly recommend their services to others with similar problems. The condominium building where I live has a heating and cooling system that circulates chilled water or hot water depending upon the season. There was a leak connected to my air conditioning drain line which was causing a problem not just within my unit but for the neighbor below. I contacted Cody & Sons and they sent expert technician Jordan who arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my two-part problem, addressed the air conditioning part and contacted their plumbing department to handle that aspect of the issue. Expert plumber Evan arrived exactly on schedule, again quickly diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to replace a series of pipes involved in a difficult location in which to work. He conducted two thorough leak tests afterwards and made sure the problem was resolved before his departure. I feel extremely fortunate to have technicians of such high caliber at Cody and Sons and will always use their firm from here on out. They are outstanding in every way.

They came out to clean our dryer vent. Sent a tech instead who just gave us the price first. Had to wait all day for the other techs. Charged us 400$. Dryer vent was claimed to be cleaned by the techs who came out. Unfortunately, I trusted they cleaned it & did not check the dryer vent outside. Picture below. Called in to the office to have them re-clean it. Also spoke with a manager about the appointment mixup & getting a partial refund because now I’ll have to stay home again for the 2nd day because of their negligence & lying that it was cleaned. Asked for 2 different techs & a ladder since I waited the 1st day for them to arrive because they messed up the original appointment. Never received a call back from the manager. Called back into the office after not hearing back from the manager. Phone lines weren’t working. Finally I got through & the customer service rep said they did not notate they needed 2 techs & a ladder on appointment scheduled next day. Asked to speak to a manager again about the partial refund. Still waiting on the call. I hope they make it right but so far I would suggest avoiding this company.

Adarius was nothing short of a perfect gentleman! The job required a couple of extra guys too and they were all fantastic. Kind, friendly, tidy and extremely efficient. They diagnosed the problem quickly and resolved the issue perfectly. They left everything cleaner than they found it. Excellent experience all around!

Great service from Cam and Caleb this week. They remedied the plumbing issue we had quickly. Very kind crew. I would recommend and use them again!

I had a concerning experience with a Cody & Sons Plumbing company vehicle. One of their drivers drifted into my lane without signaling and nearly hit my car. When I honked to get his attention, he got angry, started waving his hand out the window, and even flipped me off.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable from someone driving a company truck. It really makes me question how their drivers are being trained and supervised. I would strongly recommend that Cody & Sons take a hard look at their driver conduct and safety practices, because this reflects poorly on the company and could easily have caused an accident.

Andrew did amazing. Very helpful and quick, he explained everything so well. Would definitely recommend and use again!

We had Cody and sons plumbing come out to repair a toilet leak. Replaced a gasket and the internal parts which stopped the leak but all night the toilet kept running. We called the next day and right away they sent out Andrew. Andrew explained that the flapper was old which was an additional issue and therefore an additional charge but he also felt the flapper issue should have been caught on the first service call and we shouldn't have to pay for another service call. Andrew got on the phone with the owner explaining the issue which the owner absolutely agreed with Andrew. There was no additional charges and they even replaced the flapper for free. What was important to Andrew and the owner was not just being profitable but making sure the job was done right and most importantly that it was a good experience for us the customer. I can not say enough about Andrew other than to say he really values his companies reputation and taking care of the customer. I highly recommend Cody and Sons. Thank you Andrew!

Cody and Josh were incredible. They arrived on time, quickly identified that we had a leak under the house that we were unaware of, and they fixed the problem all within an hour. This is our second time with Cody over the years and he continues to exhibit patience, approachability, and expertise. Thank you!!

Had a busted pipe because of the freeze.They were able to come out a day earlier than I asked, which was great, and the technician, Joseph, was able quickly install an extra shut off valve so that the problem won't happen again, hopefully. I'll definitely be using them again.

Caleb did a great job unclogging the worst kitchen sink clog the world has ever seen. He also solved the mystery of how to light our pilot light for our fireplace. It was hidden and several other techs tried to find it for us…Caleb found the solution where others couldn’t. He said it just kept bugging him and came back the next day and solved the puzzle. Finally after over five years we can finally enjoy our fireplace. Thank you Caleb for not giving up and fixing our problems!

Joseph did an excellent job on the installation of my Reverse Osmosis water filter. He was very kind and meticulous. He went above and beyond. I highly recommend him.
